I think the scenario is fun, just not a big fan of the X-Wings that circle but don't do anything unless you attack them.

Well-crafted scenario, done naturally without the need for invincibility (though I did manage to save the dreadnaught ;) ). I recommend giving this a go. It's a nicely woven story and a bit different from the typical missions. The inflight messaging also does a good job of guiding you.

This mission sounds original although easy once you figure it out. The auto-locking missiles from the X-Ws is a bit annoying and unrealistic, but not impossible. Another flaw is that the author confused secret goals with bonus goals, since the FRG Valiant was supposed to be a bonus, and was marked as secret. But all in all a nice, easy and enjoyable pastime.

Another than waiting at the end (which can mostly be skipped by going on 4x speed), this is a solid mission overall. The plotline is good, it's fairly fun and the missile firing X-Wings are a nice addition. Nice work, Ricaud!

A good little battle, the X-wings add a nice touch with the missile attack, had a blast flying it :)

A fun little battle. It was interesting to see the X-Wings basically functioning as mines, shooting missiles at you when you attack them. An interesting twist!

Interesting and quite fun. Easy, but that can be such a welcome break from missions that are regulally irritatingly difficult. A battle doesn't have to be impossible to make it interesting and fun!

This mission was rather interesting. A tad too easy because all you have to do is wait until the boarding craft leave before inspecting the platform. Well, more than a tad too easy. This was a cake walk! I was never in any mortal danger, once, and only had to refly it becuase I crashed into a DREAD at 4x time accelleration. The escaping SHU was rather interesting too... It would get pilot to try over and over again to kill it, when in fact it is not possible. It is a way of drawing the pilot deeper into the game, and to get them to work harder.

Good, easy mission. A little on the easy side because most of the enemy fighters wait for you to attack them before doing anything. Perhaps good for training pilots new to Tie Fighter.

Farely ok mission. Too easy on hard because the x-wing just fire a coupple of missiles at after they've been destroyed. Not do diffecult and very easy to get a good score on. LT Deacan

A good battle for refreshing one's flight skills. There's a brief pause in the action, but only if you didn't pay attention to the directions that were given...

A nice mission that is fairly easy to get high marks on, however, the X-wings don't attack so it is a bit on the easy side even on hard difficulty

THE BELHASSA MARCHES A Free Mission for TIE Fighter by COM/RA Ricaud/ISD Relentless Required patches ---------------- * none Installation instructions -------------------------- 1] Double click the .EHM file, the EH Battle Launcher will install the battle 2] Check the Misc folder in your TIE95 one for additional material like patches, sounds etc. 3] Press the TIE Fighter button on the EHBL to start the game 4] Create a new pilot and fly the first battle THESE LEVELS ARE NOT MADE, DISTRIBUTED, OR SUPPORTED BY LUCASARTS ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY. ELEMENTS TM & (c) LUCASARTS ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY. Background: ----------- The Belhassa Marches are a volatile area of space between the Emperor's Hammer Territories and the New Republic. The EH controls the majority of systems in the Marches, although the Republic would like to see that situation change. Many of the systems and planets are simple agricultural colonies (like Argimiliar II) or wayposts on trade routes (Corvan 9). Many more harbour illegal shadowports, safe havens for the various smugglers and pirates that inhabit the region. Their presence has made life in the Marches particularly dangerous. For defence purposes, the Belhassa Marches come under the patrol jurisdiction of the TIE Corps Battlegroups. Story: ------ Contact has been lost with the star system of Corvan, lying in the Belhassa Marches. The system houses a major trading station on the planet of Corvan 9, with a nearby platform where larger ships can berth if the Corvan 9 starport does not have the appropriate capacity. While it is unknown what has caused the communications blackout in Corvan, several possibilities have been proposed: the infamous Belhassa Pirates could have attacked; technical problems could be wreaking havoc with the comm relays; or the New Republic could have made a raid on the system. This is not unlikely ... tensions are currently high between the two, and earlier this year the Republic made a major strike at the Argimiliar system, which is also within the Marches. The Imperial Star Destroyer Relentless is currently the nearest Battlegroups ship to Corvan, and Vice Admiral Kessler has ordered a patrol to be sent to the system to investigate. A single fighter from Spear Squadron has been selected to carry out reconnaissance of Corvan. The mission will be EXTREMELY dangerous and the Commodore has selected the best pilot on the ship to carry it out ... you ... :-)
