The Emperor's Hammer, Inc. (the "Emperor's Hammer") is a certified non-profit corporation in the State of New Jersey, USA. The daily operation of the club is directed by the Fleet Commander under the guidance of the Emperor's Hammer Board of Trustees.

The costs to operate services provided by the Emperor's Hammer are borne by the Board of Trustees, Officers, and the generous contributions of individual members. This page provides a public record of expenses incurred operating Emperor's Hammer services, and information concerning member donations to support club activities.
Members interested in contributing to the Emperor's Hammer on either a recurring or one-time basis may contact the Fleet Commander for information. Member donations are on a completely voluntary basis, and directly fund club operations authorized by the Fleet Commander and/or Board of Trustees. There is no obligation nor expectation for any member to contribute in order to fully participate in any Emperor's Hammer activities or leadership roles.
