Silver Star of the Empire
The Silver Star of the Empire can be awarded by any member of Emperor's Hammer Command Staff, TIE Corps Admiralty Board or Ship Commodore for exceptional service and loyalty. This could include expansion of an officer's area of expertise by introducing new aspects/ideas to his position. Exceptional command officers will most often be the recipients of this medal.
Bronze Star of the Empire
The Bronze Star of the Empire can be awarded by any Wing Commander to a member for extraordinary service to a particular wing. This will typically be an award for a member for aiding these officers in their duties.
Palpatine Crescent
The Palpatine Crescent can be awarded by Wing Commanders and Squadron Commanders to Flight Members and above for exceptional service to the wing or squadron. This could include help with overall management of a squadron or wing or a member who is consistently contributing new ideas for the unit.
Imperial Security Medal
The Imperial Security Medal is typically awarded by Squadron Commanders to Flight Members or Flight Leaders within their squadrons who have shown exceptional service and dedication to the squadron.
Imperial Achievement Ribbon
Used to recognize short-term bursts of activity, the Imperial Achievement Ribbon is awarded to members that exert effort beyond the normal scope of their duties worthy of being mentioned in a dispatch.
Medal of Instruction
The Medal of Instruction is awarded to any pilot who personally recruits a new member to the TIE Corps (the recruit's training must be completed, as determined by the Dean of IWATS). The Medal of Instruction may be upgraded with a Blue, Gold, Platinum, Emerald or Diamond Cross.
Medal of Communication - Platinum Oak Cluster
The Medal of Communication is awarded by the Communications Officer to members who display constant communication efforts like participating on mailing lists, posting on the Emperor's Hammer Message Boards, maintaining a high level presence on IRC channels and other ways. The basic Medal of Communication has the Bronze Oak Cluster addition, but it can be upgraded with Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond Oak Clusters.

TIE Corps Commander's Unit Award
The TIE Corps Commander's Unit Award is presented to the members of the first place squadron in a fleet-wide competition. For a pilot to receive the award, they must have contributed to the squadron's victory through activities such as flying missions, submitting fiction, etc.
TIE Corps Meritorious Unit Award
The TIE Corps Meritorious Unit Award is presented to the members of runners-up squadrons in a fleet-wide competition, both second and third places. The MUA is also awarded to the members of the first place wing/ship in afleet-wide competition and the members of the first place squadron in a wing or ship competition. For a pilot to receive the award, they must have contributed to the wing's or ship's victory through activities such as flying missions, submitting fiction, etc.
Iron Star with Gold Wings
The Iron Star with Wings is awarded for placement in approved competitions that involve gaming in one of the TIE Corps’ main games. Copper, Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum wing devices are awarded dependent on the scale/scope of the competition and the pilot’s placement.

Operational Readiness Award
The Operational Readiness Award is presented for achievements made during competitions and events. Multiple awards may be presented for an individual achievement based on the nature of the excellence demonstrated. The ORA is upgraded as a pilot receives more of them, starting with the First Circle (-1C) at five awards, Second Circle (-2C) at 25 awards, Third Circle (-3C) at 125 awards, then further levels every additional 125 awards.
Legion of Combat
The Legion of Combat is awarded for achieving a victory in multiplayer combat engagements in any multiplayer-capable game platform officially approved for the TIE Corps. The Legion of Combat is awarded by the Combat Operations Officer or his Assistants. This medal is upgradable with Copper, Iridium, Thallium, Rubidium and Platinum Scimitars.
Legion of Skirmish
The Legion of Skirmish is awarded for achieving a victory in multiplayer coop PvE engagements in any multiplayer-capable game platform officially approved for the TIE Corps. The Legion of Skirmish is awarded by the Combat Operations Officer or his Assistants. This medal is upgradable with Copper, Iridium, Thallium, Rubidium and Platinum Scimitars.
Commendation of Loyalty
The Commendation of Loyalty is awarded by the Fleet Commander or Executive Officer to members of the Emperor's Hammer who have displayed consistently excellent service to the Fleet. It may be recommended only twice a year, at the occasions of the Emperor's Hammer Anniversary (January 7) and Grand Admiral Ronin's Birthday (August 21) of each Standard Imperial Year.
Commendation of Bravery
The Commendation of Bravery is awarded to a member who has shown consistent dedication in combat. It can be awarded by a Wing Commander or higher to a pilot who has completed at least 30 missions or online combat engagements (or a combination of both). This commendation can only be awarded once.
Letter of Achievement
The Letter of Achievement is awarded per newsletter entry that is published in 'Dark Sentinel', the Emperor's Hammer official newsletter. Letters of Achievement can only be awarded by the Executive Officer.
General Campaign Medal - Reclaiming the Rift
Reclaiming the Rift Campaign
In 33 ABY, after months of training and build-up, the forces of the Emperor's Hammer launched an all out attack on the forces of the Kilji Illumine who had been consolidating their hold on portions of the Tkon Rift. After weeks of combat that saw the TIE Corps liberate world after world, the Emperor's Hammer emerged victorious in lifting the threat of the Kilji Illumine.

CommanderRosh Nyine, has many qualities that make him an outstanding pilot and member of the Corps. He developed an enthusiasm for not just participating in but also becoming a leader of this wonderful group, that surpasses almost all others I've seen step into this world. From nearly day one he consistently asked for guidance on how he might be able to “pull [his] own weight”, and often wished to pull far more than that. In his very short time with us he has already earned 4 Silver Stars, multiple Iron Cross Gold Wings, a Medal of Instruction and even a Letter of Achievement! He has become a leader in activity and since August a leader of pilots as he stepped into Alexandre “Ossus" Morgan's shoes, replacing him as my second in command. Ossus always leaves big shoes to fill but Rosh stepped into his role as my SQXO like a pro and filled them expertly. It of course helped that Rosh takes any opportunity he has to learn something and isn’t afraid to simply ask. He even insisted that I give him more responsibility than is traditionally delegated to XOs in Rho and performed his duties so consistently well that I stopped double checking his work in record time. Rosh is dependable, hard working, inquisitive, honest and just. I can't think of a quality someone in management should have that he does not possess and I'm honored to have him by my side and would gladly serve under him any day! - He was promoted to Lieutenant Commander on August 10th of 2024 and has earned an MSE 3 times as an XO. There is no more promising a pilot than the pilot who is excited he’s here, ready to bring justice forcefully to the Rebels. Lieutenant CommanderLT Rosh Nyine, with great enthusiasm, is the type of pilot I look for in Rho Squadron. He has surpassed all my expectations of what a new pilot would do. I’m truly proud seeing him take on challenges and he is actively making Rho a better place. No other new pilot has expressed such an interest in being given more responsibility and management and he hopes to take on XO starting in September and then CMDR in January after a full tour as my 2nd. He is always asking about the various aspects of EH and requesting aide to ensure they’re done right and he is always a pleasure to converse with. He holds the record for both fastest IAR from activity after getting placed and fastest Silver Star earned out if anyone I’ve ever seen. He expresses excitement about the entirety of the offerings of the TIE Corps and has even gone beyond that by joining the Dark Brotherhood and is currently making plans for 3 different unique events he has devised and will run. He has already earned 3 certificates, Certificate in Force Application on 2024-06-16, Certificate in Force History on 2024-06-14 and Graduate of the Dark Arts on 2024-07-11, has completed 20 unique exams including Squadron Management 6, earning 100% on 2024-07-07, the TIE Corps Core, earning 100% on 2024-06-05, the Dark Brotherhood Core, earning 100% on 2024-06-09, all 3 lightsaber courses Lightsaber Construction with 100% on 2024-06-14, Lightsaber Techniques with 100% on 2024-06-15 and Lightsaber: Training Saber with 100% on 2024-06-16 and even the monster that is Graduate of the Dark Arts Capstone Thesis with 100% on 2024-07-11. Rosh has been a Lieutenant since 2024-06-09 and has earned at least a Silver Star each of the 2 months required as a LT and again has taken and passed the TCCORE. There is no more promising a pilot than the pilot who is excited he’s here, ready to bring justice forcefully to the Rebels. I’m proud and honored to have him among us. He has such great potential and has handled himself admirably. With something in nearly every activity column, and much more done that month that can't be accounted for on MSEs, Rosh is truly a mountainous force within Rho. From excelling in academics in the Imperial University, to contributing to the Corps' creative areas with mission reports and reviews, Rosh is a non-stop driver. All of us at Rho are excited to see where his motivation takes him and what type of medals end up on his uniform, but for now this author hopes that this enthusiastic recommendation for his second Silver Star of the Empire is enough.
