I'm 100% certain this mission was made to troll players.
Mission 1: Large Minefield clearance with a timer, and Wingmen who attack you, and a gunboat with no ordinance.
Mission 2: Start point is collision course with an ISD so if you don't pull up sharpish you'll get spread over her deck. Also, wingmen attacking the two escort objective shuttles, and a Gunboat again with no ordinance.
Mission 3: Wingmates attack the ISD 'for the lols'. Again, disable them.
Mission 4: 'Sides' inverted (so nearest target key won't work as it highlights an ally)
Mission 5: Start point is collision course with an ISD so if you don't pull up sharpish you'll get spread over her deck. Insufficient ordinance or support to take out the space port before a wing of 6 A-Wings with Advanced concussion missiles turn up to blast you into the stone age.
Absolute Cancer. Avoid.

The first mission of this battle is the most challenging for sure, and I understand other reviews pointing out that it can be frustrating, though I think a bit of a challenge is welcomed. George and Gracie are definitely a (minor) pain all through the battle, but I found myself smirking at the idea of two goofball pilots doing things completely wrong, and they had an interesting explanation for their behavior in the briefings and radio messages.
The three middle missions do not pose any challenge and they seem to be there more to tell a story than to provide some challenge. Not bad, though it feels that this battle could have been cut down by a few missions to explain all this and then add some actual challenge with some more story to it.
The last mission of the battle is a mildly interesting one. It closes the plot, which is good, but doesn't provide much a challenge either. Special mention to FG Armaggedon in some missions. That's the real and actual threat in this battle and the ones to look out for if you want to try your luck.
All in all, I found myself enjoying this battle at the end. It was simple, but satisfying and actually made me chuckle.

Tedious, frustrating, a total mess. I love GUNs and I do love minefield clearings. But this battle is always the same repetitive template, with minor adjustments, over and over. Extensive minefields with less than 5 minutes to complete were really pointless and obliterated any entertainment whatsoever of this battle. Obnoxious. Do not engage unless you want to suffer.

You are basically re-playing the same mission four times over - more or less. Disable your friends that attack you for some reason, take out the mine field, finish your objectives.

It was fun, The last mission had lots of enemies to destroy. But wasn't the best and alot of pointless waiting.

I must say that the treachery of George & Gracie towards me came as a complete surprise. So much so that I was ready for them in the other missions. From that standpoint I feel that this battle could be improved greatly if that in the 2nd mission they would re-earn the player's trust by helping with the mission. Then in the final mission they could turn against the player as a final act of treachery. I will add that they got the death they deserved when I played it.

Poor missions, stupid plotline. Also, who has heard about sending traitors into combat missions over and over again. I've found it a little bit boring, nevertheless author spent some time and work for creating it, that's why the rating isn't 0.

What in the Sith? The only redeeming feature was that there were no bugs, and any given one of those missions would probably rate about a 3.5, Unfortunately, the same thing over and over again got REALLY stupid. Also, it was quite easy. And who would be proud to receive the "Memorial Medal of George and Gracie?"

George and Gracie made me sick! Taking them out over and over...What a sick joke! ;) The missions were ok and it was fun overall just mindlessly killing stuff. But couldn't it be called "The George and Gracie Incident?"

I hate George and Gracie. Some missions are a bit too weird and empty, but it's an easy set of FCHG points.

Game is very glitchy with this battle. First it froze when loading the mission. Then it froze when the mission 1 timer ran out. Unplayable.

His wingmates, George and Gracie have a surprise in store for him. Mission 2: Upon graduation, George, Gracie and Chrusos Ichthys are assigned to the Grey Wolf. For unknown reasons, the Grey Wolf is about to embark upon a regional historic event. Mission 3: Regional diplomacy breaks down. Chrusos Ichthys, George and Gracie must defend the retreating ambassadors. Mission 4: To establish peace in the area, Gracie, George and Chrusos Ichthys help the Black Sun eliminate The FreeFighter Alliance from the region. Fixed and/or created radio messages except in mission 5. Fixed all map briefings and spelling errors from the notes.
