For a training program it is a good dogfighting simulator, I would say. It's alright overall. With good energy management and dogfighting you can beat this mission on Hard.

It is incredibly simplistic and I probably should knock it down for that. But I had fun playing it and I'm happy to have given it a go, so maybe that's okay once in awhile

I enjoyed this free. its a great dogfight in a T/A against several flights of different fighter types.
I challenge on hard but still most fun.

Dogfighting fun in a TIE Advanced. Good for training. There's not much more into it, but it never set out to give out anything more. It delivers just fine.

Typical dogfight mission. I played on easy, but I always do. Play this if you want to practice dogfighting but that's all there is to it. I did enjoy the fighting. Felt the T-Wing squadron was unnecessary, or it should've been added to the original objectives.

Free missions are notoriously hard to give a feeling of why you do what you do. This mission did not even attempt that. No storyline at all, just shooting up a load of enemy fighters. Still, no bugs, easy to complete for an FCHG point.

Excellent mission. Perfect for T/A training. It has incremental difficulty and warms up the player for some nasty and challenging dogfighting without reaching the impossible. Definitely a fun one to fly. Don't miss it if you like the T/A

I agree with the VA. Good if you need T/A practice. Training miisons usually earn a 5 in my book, anyways.

For a training mission this was a good battle... it was a little to easy (even on hard) but those awings were a pain... sorry Daar.

Great mission! I've completed it on Hard difficulty level and I've never had so fun! Five points, please! BTW. My score is 64380, almost bet a record...

It is a fun mission, I just wonder how he got such a hi score, I guess it was due to his laser and warhead accuracy. I was close to getting that high score, so close. O'well a fun battle :)

I must say that this mission is way overrated. The mission was far too easy, incredibly short, had no, none, zero, zilch, not a single bit of plot whatsoever, and probably took about 15-20 minutes to make. If you want some "training", I suggest you fly a few melees with the AI instead, rather than making a quick pointless mission to grab an easy MoT. >:P

I found this refreshing and fun. It must be kept in mind that this is more training/exercise then battle, but it lets you work on your single fighter tactics.

This mission may not have a decent plot, and it may be very easy, but it is still quite fun blowing many other fighters up when the odds are against you. Its also a very easy FCHG, which makes it worth flying as well!

This is a single player mission and it is meant to have fun with. all you do is kill enemy ships but in order to complete the mission you have to run th gauntlet there are i believe 33 ships to kill some easy some harder than easy.
INSTALL:
1] Double click the .EHM file, the EH Battle Launcher will install the battle.
2] Check the Misc folder in your XvT one for additional material like patches, sounds etc.
3] Press the X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter button to start XvT and fly the battle.
just make it look like the above without instructions of course. also remember to use the next number or you can use 87 if you want.
