Overall good mission, wasn't blown away by it but had fun with it. Basically, it was one big long dogfight with a large amount of Rebel and pirate fighters. There are other capital ships present but your actions don't really affect their survival. It was strange how the attacking craft didn't have torpedos or some other kind of heavy warhead (at least I didn't notice any). Including that for the enemies might have made the mission a bit more fun and tension filled since neither of your friendly stations feel like they are under any kind of threat. No major bugs or problems to report, but I feel like it could have been something more.
This one has you in a large squadron fighting two cruisers while you have no warheads. Good luck. It really isn't so bad as you focus on the starfighters and later take the cruisers down, but it can be a bit slow for that reason. There's not much else to it.
Not a bad little mission, I enjoyed backing up a squadron doing the heavy lifting for once. There's a sense of meaning behind what you're doing, and I don't feel like you get that enough with these small free missions. A solid recommendation if you're looking for easy and fun.
Simple mission but effective nonetheless. It is good for some easy dogfighting and pleasant enough, though not much of a challenge. An honest 1 point worth of FCHG and some 7 minutes of easy fun.
I played on Medium. This mission seems cool, honestly. It's well balanced and you get to watch Platforms takes on capital ships, which is pretty cool. I think if I was playing this mission for fun and not for Imperial Storm, I'd rate it higher. High score chasing on this battle for IS, though, is brutal. There's a ridiculous number of fighters you need to work through by yourself and it's seemingly impossible to get all the points.
This is an excellent battle. It is also a CO-OP mission, where one pilot flies as a T/I and the other as a T/F. I was pleasantly surprised. As a regular mission it flies well. Moderately challenged and quite enjoyable, as you race to save your platforms. On medium it's not a challenge. On hard it's decent, but most likely your platforms will survive. Where this mission begins to shine, is in chasing the high score. It is a REAL challenge to find a way to negotiate it. Excellent, enjoyable mission. This was a pretty fun battle to fly! Loads of enemy craft to come up against. Once those have been dispatched, there are a handful of Strike Cruisers to take down. Would be very enjoyable as a MP co-op. No bugs to report.

I personally liked this mission, it was an easy mission but a good one. Also an easy FCHG point.

It is a great mission to test and improve your dogfight skills. Hard level gave me (and still does - i'll certainly play this mission from time to time to sharpen my skills) very much fun. fine mission.
Nice battle, but only one mission. How ever there's a lot of fighters and 2 STRC to kill.

Storyline:) VSD Victory In an outer rim sector a distress signal has come from an imperial manufactoring facility. This facility has come under attack from a joint Rebel-Pirate raid. They wish to destroy the Imperial presence there, the VSD Victory is enroute to thwart their attack. 1] Double click the .EHM file, the EH Battle Launcher will install the battle. 2] Check the Misc folder in your XvT one for additional material like patches, sounds etc. 3] Press the X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter button to start XvT and fly the battle.
