A very simplistic mission, just destroy a trio of laser batteries, whilst the enemy do everything but try to kill you. Provided you missile off the laser batteries themselves you can just park and shoot until the asteroid blows up.
Kill asteroid bases with turrets on them. My arch nemesis! Okay, so I learned you can kill the turrets and they aren't so bad to deal with. The asteroids themselves take quite a bit of time to take out.
Mindnumbingly dull. If you want to fly it for completion points go ahead. It was boring as hell without much of a challenge. I did like the briefing and the small joke about the rebel base.
Simple mission about protecting some T/Bs and also helping them to nuke out some Laser battery asteroids. Some classic dogfighting T/A vs alphabet fighters. Simple yet enjoyable.
This is a pretty easy win for most of us, even on hard it's very doable. The one thing I don't get is why all your friendlies, including the player's own flight, are returning home when the mission is not complete. Fortunately I caught it in time so I had more than 1 fighter to deal with the issue but still.... annoying.
A somewhat poor mission. Since when do 3 laser batteries make a base? With the Tie Bombers just coming in, there really isn't much difficulty in it.
Quite good. not very challanging and original, but i enjoyed it.
I played all the Xvt Free missions this was the best. Make more of this type.
Um, this is a pretty decent mission. Nothing more than a reason to blow up some rebs, and whoever said that wasn't fun? I experience no bugs and it was fairly challeging so I gave it a 3.
