Yes, one of those missions where you have a good premise, decent information on what is going on, a bit of messages for immersion and information.
No bugs, good placement of hostile FGs. Maybe a bit off one of the arrival timings but that is debatable, no extra tricks other than multi-region no custom stuff.
Yes, a challenge to handle an interceptor against overwhelming odds. I had to actually keep dodging and eventually decided to let them chase me straight into the ISD for a tactic to save my 6 o'clock. You're the one at risk actually so let the ISD help you by gunning the extra load of hostile fighters.
Good mission and commander briefings. A few grammatic details, a bit more of character development, just above none hehe but there was an attempt. No VA.
Very fun to fly, not too long and I enjoyed it.
5/5
A very fun Defense mission, it's nice to see a shift to more grounded craft being used...AKA avoiding a T/A or T/D due to their high demand for other tasks and instead giving the player a modified T/I. A very enjoyable flight ensued, where you had to be dodging attacks from escorting craft while simultaneously taking down enemy bomber waves. 9.5/10
Decent mission about dogfighting and with the addition of a lone CRS. Nothing more though. It's the usual kill kill kill thing. Worth a point or if you are in the mood of mindless slaughtering rebels, this is your thing to do.
An enjoyable use of half an hour or so, the fact that enemy fighters show up on both sides of your friendly vessel means you have to pick your battle carefully, which you should do anyway in a TIE Interceptor (even with shields).
Better than average. I liked having to be fast both in terms of speed and in terms of shooting them down. Having a Calamari arrive is a plus. By the end of it, after having shot down everything, my radar was still full of green dots, yet no craft to shoot, courtesy of an XWA 'feature' whereby the place is littered with pilots. So I found myself a new hobby. I shoot the pilots down while I wait for the objectives to complete themselves.
Not my cup of tea this one. X-Wings show up on one side, B-Wings on the other. I ended up trying to take down as many of the rockets as were fired while other friendly groups had fun wiping the fighters. Perhaps I approached this one from a wrong angle.
A long free mission, but a good one. Lots to shoot at, and good training for fleet escort.
I needed a long time to beat this one so the battle is challenging but with a good motivation it´s a real good one .
There are currently no open bug reports for this battle.
