Awful.
The briefing characters are systematically and uselessly unpleasant. The missions are incredibly difficult and tedious, without valid narrative justification for such.
Abhorrent.
My sixty-second battle in the TIE Corps.
All in all a pretty good battle. Definitely a learning curve to figure out the right order to do things in, but once that was figured out, a good battle.
The battle is creative and well put together, right up until the last mission. It is ridiculously difficult. One tip is to call for reinforcements (SHIFT + S) immediately upon starting the mission. That helps a lot, and frankly makes it even possible, on easy!
Mission designs are quite good. But some craft just patrolling without attacking you.
Briefings are also OK.
Plot dont realy suits mission.
Last mission is hard but completable on esier settings.
I give this battle 4.
No major bugs but could be much better
This is quite possibly the most difficult battle I have ever flown... and the first I've ever flown, that's taken nearly 2 hours (excluding the time used for failing and repeating the mission). However, there's something about it that won't let me give it a 0... not sure what.
Gonna agree with Zekkie on this one...sorry, but mines in T/Is that get respawned really bug me. :P
Some interesting missions, but the last one was insane. 'Easy' level should mean just that...
This is quite possibly the worst battle in the entire mission compendium. The missions are ridiculously difficult and the plot doesn't even make sense. Clearing out mines that are constantly regenerated while Z-95s and Escort Shuttles have at your ISD at 50% shields, all while in a TIE Interceptor? Give me a freakin' break. This is the worst battle I've ever played in my life.
This is the first battle that I ever completed and I would have to say, it was fun but difficult.
Yes, this battle is outstanding. Although it little difficult, it's still great. Way to go SureFire :P
Nicely layed out battles. However, the breifings definitely leave something to be desired. The lack of adequate information is annoying. In 2 of the missions, had I not cycled through and recorded the flight, I never would have known that I was in a complimented flight group. In the fight with the "kill all mines", wingmen just fly with you. if my group is to kill the mines, then I feel the wingmen should do so as the opportunity presents itself. it does have a nice plot though.
Very well made battle! I loved the brefings! but it was a bit to hard.
Like a couple of other people have said, impeccably designed and executed batle, but insanely difficult. SureFire actually has a purpose in life :)
Very well designed and implemented battle... Has everything you could every want/expect from a mission. Excellent briefings, no bugs, Questions for the Cloaked Figure, etc. As tempted as I am to give the battle a 5 out of 5... The mission was too difficult for my liking.
Nice but VERY hard...a must fly...or you can at least try ;P
This battle is as good as hard.
This is the most well constructed Battle I have ever seen! The briefing map and officer questions are above and beyond the call of duty, and the plot is great! So why didn't I give it a 5? The INCREDIBLY INSANE DIFFICULTY! Bottom line : a great battle, but don't expect to finish it anytime soon!
Very well balanced battle. Hard but not impossible....
One of the best ever made battle...

Possible big: the reinforcements have no orders, they just hold station. Either a bug or a ... taunt. It is also one of the 'bonus goals'. I never call for reinforcements but here you have to, just to have .. spectators?! / cannon fodder

ELEMENTS TM & (c) LUCASARTS ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY. FCHG Battle 1: "The Stalwart Campaign" Created By HA Kawolski Mission #1: Territorial takeover You have been called from your normal duties to serve on this special assignment. Over the past few months, the EH Corporate Division has fallen into a state of disarray. The Corporate Sector has split up into several factions in our space. Our mission objectives are to reclaim the abandoned systems... ...and retake control of or eliminate the treasonous corporations. Within the hour, you will conduct recon of the Barkesh system. Mission #2: One corp at a time The fleet has massed in the Barkesh system, which is now under our control. We will hit the Smythe Corporation, the smallest of the renegade corps. Our objective is to capture the two main production platforms. Our position in space, however, places us very close to the planet Arcara III. Radiation from Arcara III and its asteroids will render our warheads useless. We can use lasers and ion cannons, but our ship's sensors will be severely compromised. The Infiltrator Wing's X-Wings and Y-Wings will be assisting with the assault on the platforms. Smythe Corp may have X-Wing and Y-Wing fighters too! Watch your fire! The fleet will move in and take the platforms once they have been disabled! Mission #3: Black ops Interrogation of Smythe employees has uncovered a connection to an EH-CD Corporation. CEO Ruven has betrayed us, selling Imperial supplies to the highest bidders! CEO Ruven recently requested for a resupply group and flight escort. You will pose as that flight escort in a T/A designated Alpha 1. CEO Ruven will be transporting himself via transport from Platform CD-5. He will rendezvous and dock in Interdictor Raspuent's hanger. Your job is to meet up with and destroy the transport before it reaches its destination. Unfortunately, your deception will be known the minute you attack the transport. The Interdictor will scramble your communications and stop your hyperdrive. The only way to contact us will be to destroy CD-5's communication relay system. When the relay system is offline, we'll know CEO Ruven has been assassinated. Our forces will move in to recover you from the area. Mission #4: Red alert!! The Stalwart was en route to the Sebnon system. An Interdictor cruiser has trapped the Stalwart and its fighters. The ISD Relentless is responding to our aid and will arrive shortly. We'll have to hold off the attackers on our own until then. Mission #5: Data entry We have located some data modules left behind by Tenner Corp in the Kogan system. You will fly an Assault Gunboat to retrieve these data modules. Order each module to board your craft and initiate standard docking procedures. The modules will then download the data to your ship's computer. We have also detected a large strike force heading for your location. You must complete your mission before they arrive! We require that information! Mission #6: Minesweeping The campaign to retake the rogue systems has been successful so far. The Helmen system is the only system that has not been conquered for the EH. The renegade corporations have united and fortified themselves in the Helmen system. The EH forces have begun the invasion, but the Stalwart is retreating; it has been severely damaged. The Stalwart will be retreating from the system, but the renegades have cut off the escape route. Several large clusters of ion mines were laid in front of the Stalwart's flight path. You will hyper ahead of the Stalwart and clear all the mines before the Stalwart arrives You will have ten minutes to clear the minefield. Once the Stalwart arrives, protect the ship until it can make the second jump to hyperspace. NB: on missions with only the secret order officer, "secondary goals" are actually the primary ones, and vice-versa.
