Fairly fun and straightforward with an interesting story, but definitely features some inelegant design. Better goal choices, better balance in some places, less waiting around in others, and starships with proper orders would elevate this one higher. As it stands, it's just fun, easy, but also a bit messy.

This battle is very fast and extremely easy but that doesn't mean that it isn't very good - and it is ! The missions are well put together, the plot's sensible, craft variety is nice and it's a breath of fresh air.
My forty-first battle in the TIE Corps.

Excellent battle. The story is very well written and briefings are good. The missions are so much fun to fly although easy, it will require some tactical decisions from time to time. Do not miss this. A golden classic

Nothing too fancy. Except for the mission involving GA Ronin, all of them are easy. Still, the plotline is just somewhat interesting enough to keep you going. There's also a good variety of enemy craft for you to face.

Not a bad mission at all, and a nice break from some of the 'kill 'em all' stuff that appears with surprising regularity in the TC battles. Sometimes the weapons loads you're given don't agree with what's in the briefing, but this is a small quibble. Decent plot line, too. All in all, worth the download.

Very well made, and is easy, but there are some challenging parts, I mean c'mon you actually think these guys would make battles without making them hard??? Well I guess some make it easy, but thats a different stoy :-)

4.5 really. this battle is nice, works well and has briefings. loses 0.5 because its rather easy, and there are a few bugs with the briefing maps/questions (nothing that crash's TIE though)

Mission 2: Dreadnaught has starfighter orders. Tie interceptor group hermes is set to escort enemy tie interceptor fighter group.
mission 3: strike cruiser has starfighter orders. friendly craft will crash into it due to its' unpredictable movement.

INSTRUCTIONS TO PLAY DARK BROTHERHOOD BATTLE 11

1] Double click the .EHM file, the EH Battle Launcher will install the battle.
2] Check the Misc folder in your TIE one for additional material like patches, sounds etc.
3] Press the TIE Fighter button to start TIE and fly the battle.

Mission 1-Missile Boat
The first mission involves what seems to be a routine escort mission, but one of the freighters actually carries GM Jac. The Grand master was returning from an extremely secret mission to open conferences with a new Imperial Armada in the Tion Hegemony. When a Rebel Cruiser enters, and there is no EH assistance available, a Black Dragon Armada Star Destroyer arrives as reinforcement. The pilot must take part in the protection of the FRTs as well as the destruction of the CRS. Afterward the pilot is invited to become a pilot onboard the SSD Avenger.
Mission 2-TIE Advanced
In this mission the pilot flies with Rage Squadron to protect the Grand Admiral as he rides a Transport to BDA vessel. Attacks are made by a group of traitorous Krath. These traitors are led by Gigas Zane, a banished DB Krath High Priest. He is onboard the DREAD TetaÆs Revenge, but when it was destroyed he some how escaped on a cloaked escape pod.
Mission 3-TIE Advanced
As a gesture of unity the Grand Admiral has ordered a group of Shadow Academy Instuctors to report to Gitaza, a planet in the Tion Hegemony that housed the BDAs own Dark Jedi Academy. These instructors will help to train and rebuild the Academy that was destroyed by a attack by the Ssi-ruuk Imperium. You must escort a total of 6 transports to a BDA ISD. While also destroying a traitorous STRKC and its fighters. Unfortunately another traitor onboard the Subjugator damages the ship internally, and then attempts an escape. Afterward the pilot is sent to the BDA Facility Olympus to make sure the instructors arrived safely.
Mission 4-TIE Defender
In this mission the pilot flies with the BDA pilots to protect the BDA facility Olympus. The Facility was damaged by another Krath Traitor. The pilot must protect the X/7 from attack by two CRVs and a DREAD. The DREAD contains Gigas Zane and must be captured. The traitor is then brought before the GM for his punishment. Keep in mind the X/7's shields are down and is extremely vulnerable to attack, but must survive. The CRVs must aslo be destroyed.
