ok this gets a 2 due to the fact that it is fairly good and quite completeable, the storyline is farily well thoguht throught. However the stoyline is the main problem. 1 craft against multiple X-wings, T-wings and y-wings. Ok so you have re-inforcements however this doesn't make up for the fact that all the craft have at least some form of missile. and couple that with your sheilds and speed being worse than a t-wings >:/ It is really infuriating with the roll probelms I must have killed myself multiple times when the craft rolled too much left when I didn't want to >:/ What I want to know is how curtis got a T/I.... it's a T/B or the TIE phantom. The Fact that the Patching issues were seriously bad, and the competing of the mission was simple a matter of luck or so it seemed, it's worth flying but not really a competition mission.

Phew... if you do not like dodging, stay clear of the higher difficulty settings. Despite the heavy resistance it should be possible to destroy all enemies by yourself though. Just use the "Y" key from time to time to check which ships are going to jump out next. And while doing evasive maneuvers try to make the Rebels help you by accidentally hitting their own convoy craft.

Ok, I'm writing this during Week Three of SOV League 2003. This mission was assigned for this week, but all of us TIE-CD players are having a lot of problems with it because the Tie PH Patch doesnt work for us. It is very unjust to ask us to deliver high scores to our squadrons when missions of competitions have bugs like this. Dont get me wrong, the mission is "Completable" with the slow and cumbersome Tie Bomber, but you can only get some of the convoy ships, and its difficult not to get killed on the unshielded and slow T/B. RATING IS 0, but not because the mission actually is unplayable, but because it should make a trip to the TAC Office for some rethinking of the actual patching procedure.

This mission is from a semi-wargame campaign I'll be trying to do with the Colossus in the near future (Mid-October) It didn't fit into the normal campaign so I'm sending it to the TAC office right away. Granted I'm risking the chance he (Indie) might find out about "my little surprise" beforehand but what the hey ;) LCM Talas OCT 3rd 2002 P.S.
