A passable battle, really. Average review score seems over-inflated.

Possible bug on mission 2, where despite disabling the ESC, nothing came out to capture it (after over 40mins in game time). Ditto with the mission where you have to defend the refueling platform - fail 1 secondary goal and the rest become impossible to complete.

Last mission dragged on over much. Thank the Force for time compression in TIE.

All in all, not as good as it could have been. The ideas were there, the execution seems off.

A fun little mission. 2 GUN squadrons vie against each other on who can disable capital ships first. Can take a couple tries to get a good score on, but is a nifty idea and one we don't see pulled if well very often. Would recommend.

A simple strike mission, with the added fun of being in a T/B with shields. Inspecting everything is, as always, a solid plan. Found the friendly GUNs needed a hand with the ESC, however. Nicely put together and obviously by someone with a good esprit d'corps with Gamma Squadron.

A decent mission that, unfortunately, hasn't aged well since creation with the inside jokes. TCCOM in a TUG? Some Admiral in a SHU that you need to disable and just leave there? Anyway, general premise of the mission is good, and there were no glaring issues in regards to bugs. Definitely worth having a play of, especially if you like destroying Pinooks and Cloakshapes.

Much like XvT-F 126, this one has an easy completion condition, but if you delve deeper it requires a bit more. Managed to get over 30 minutes in on Hard before one of the AI GUNs (who are using rockets to destroy the FRTs, sometimes before you can inspect them) crashed into a FRT and caused a mission failure. I mentioned it delving deeper - well, the full mission is right there in the name. I'm assuming there's about 1000 FRTs that eventually jump in for an inspection, so make sure you have a snack and a drink handy.

A simple premise, well executed. Kill two Calamari Cruisers, your choice of T/B or GUN. I completed in the venerable GUN, the extra survivability (and ion cannons to disable the capital ship) proving very useful when faced with a large number of A-Wings. Definitely one for the strike mission minded

A fun dogfight mission. Took Adv Torps to knock over the M/CRV at the beginning for some extra points. Microjump was a neat little part to make the mission, as a "simulator run" feel more real. Stick around after mission complete for a slight twist. Bugless and enough killing Rebel ships to sate the heart of any proper Imperial pilot.

A very intriguing mission. Reading the briefing is compulsory to know what you need to do in this one. Hard adds an additional little curl to the tail, and makes the race aspect a bigger deal. Flew this on the advice of the TAC (Pickled Yoda) and it's definitely worth the time.

As a Tempest pilot, I thought this would be a no-brainer to fly. Quick and easy FCHG point, but High Score hunting is a real challenge here. Solid, no frills "kill a Rebel FRG" type mission. Even the apparent curve ball of being in unshielded craft didn't make it difficult to complete.

Ah, Frodo missions, how I love thee. Only downside to this mission is being in a TIE-F, it's certainly an interesting little mission that has an interesting twist (watch out for flying Heavy Lifters!)

A fun little mission that incorporates the Phalanx Gunboat, which is an absolute BEAST. Assault Gunboat on steroids, which makes things easier. Killing the Y-W is a challenge for less experienced fliers, so make sure you prioritise them (wingmates will handily disable the convoy in your stead). Good fun.

A good mission, but takes a long time to knock over all the Bonuses. Capturing the MUTR and PLT are pretty simple, enemy ships are no challenge for your Space Cadillac (TIE/Defender). Good to fly in a Challenge squadron, but there seems to be some sort of in joke in the briefing that misses.

A typical shooting gallery. You in the glorious unshielded TIE Interceptor against drones that are Imperial starfighters, stormtrooper transports and a couple containers and a bulk freighter. The Rebel X-Wing that appears can do some damage, but skilled pilots will have no trouble with this mission.

It's you, your trusty Assault Gunboat against a PLT with several waves of X-W and Y-Ws. You start with wingmen, but they die quickly, so getting a decent score from killing all the enemy starfighters yourself is very doable. Don't sleep on the wishbones, they carry rockets and will kill the ISD. One of the W-W flight groups orders seem a little borked, and the PLT has starfighter orders, but these don't really detract from the mission. A good, solid mission, which can be quite long for comp play.

A fun battle that has you doing Interdiction style missions. Battles were well put together, and playing on Hard was a real challenge. Briefings generally gave good information, the inclusion of the third party was also a nice touch.

A fun little "Kill them all" mission. Uncomplicated - just you, your stock TIE Interceptor and a lot of A-Wings, X-Wings and B-Wings to kill. Enemies tend not to target you, which makes things a little simpler - not having to dodge missiles all the time is a positive.

A fun Infiltrator Wing battle about getting a new base. Briefings were not always the most useful in letting you know what needed doing. Mission 2 also took 40 mins to complete as the friendly Y-Wings and CRS couldn't hit the broadside of a CORT (that eventually made it to hyperspace), so a couple points knocked off for that.

A well built mission without any obvious bugs. Being close to the E/S when the first wave jumps in helps them attack you instead of the E/S - if it dies, mission fails, so that's a positive thing to happen. Quick and easy to get through

A rehash of B1M1 from the original TIE game, but with MUTRs replacing the FRTs, TIE/D and TIE/A replacing the rebel shuttles and you are in a Defender as well instead of a vanilla TIE Fighter. Getting all the bonuses was a bit of a challenge, but reasonably fun nonetheless

Free point and a simple one to knock over for an RTF/ReMob type event where you want quick and easy. The McDonald's of missions. What can I say the other reviews haven't? Super fast, some bugs (that don't break the mission), guaranteed 80%+ of HS if you fly on Hard and manage to kill the MUTRs yourself.

A simple, but quick and enjoyable mission. Kill a few waves of Z-95s, X-W and Y-W in the Space Cadillac. Sending wingmates home, even on Hard, doesn't make this mission too difficult and a good candidate for knocking out for FCHG.

A reasonably quick and fun mission, that doesn't challenge - even on Hard. But, a great chance to relax, kill a bunch of obsolete starfighters and a couple corvettes and pick up an FCHG point.

A solid Praetorian Battle. Storyline feels tacked on, and points lost due to it essentially being the same mission 3 times in a row. Completed on Medium, because Hard was near on impossible. Decent source of FCHG points

No shields, all guts!

A tough challenge on Hard (I ended up having to fly on Medium). Only downsides really were the wait at the end of the last mission for the A/FRG to do its thing and the score penalties in play in a couple missions for when friendlies show up. Excellent briefings, good player choices to make. Would be worth flying Co-op with 2 others, as it seems that was the intent.

A decent battle, briefings are useful and decent quality - no obvious bugs or issues. Flying on Hard wasn't too big a challenge. Ship choice in the battle is TC standard - sometimes they feel like they are chosen to artificially increase difficulty, rather than because it makes sense.
