A pain. The first mission is one of those were you have to fail first (or study the mission in YOGME in advance) to know what you have to do. Upon mission start immediately transfer all energy to engines. Else you have no chance to catch the shuttle that you're supposed to id (which noone tells you) - even though it hasn't even arrived yet. The following missions continue in that manner and are rather uninsprired.
That was fairly nice battle to play. It has quite nice story and progression. The only real thing I didn't like about it were the endless waves of X-Wings and A-Wings in mission 1, which otherwise proved to be quite a short one. Stil it was quite nice one to fly.
Great battle and really tough. Only loses a point cuz the first mission is really annoying, and cuz the B-W sucks to fly. :P
Good stuff, especially in making a fully EH storyline in X-W. Pretty challenging for X-W as well.:)

Installation Instructions:
X-Wing CD Installation: Download and install XCD from the SCO Site (http://sco.minos.net), files
archive, the edittors section. (6k.) This will let you run custom missions. There is a full guide
available at the SCO site as well.
Put Max4.BRF, Max4.XWI, Max5.BRF, Max5.XWI, Satlit1.BRF, Satlit1.XWI, Waistem.BRF and Waistem.XWI
in your new "C:\Mission" folder and use XCD to start X-Wing CD.
Create a new pilot based on your pin and the battle's type and name. For example: 2883tc01.plt if
I would be flying the first XW-TC battle.
Fly the first 4 "Historical Combat" missions for the "X-Wing".
note: other custom missions in your mission folder will be overwritten.
X-Wing 95/Disk Installation: Run full install of the game so the mission files will be on your
hard drive. The game will take it's mission information by preference from the harddisc, but might
still give a warning. In that case - Ignore.
Locate your X-W Directory and open the folder labeled "Mission", or "Classic" in X-W95. Copy the
*.xwi, *.brf files of this custom battle into it.
Create a new pilot based on your pin and the battle's type and name. For example: 2883tc01.plt if
I would be flying the first XW-TC battle.
Fly the first 4 "Historical Combat" missions for the "X-Wing".
note: the original 4 missions in your mission folder will be overwritten, so back them up.
Plotline.doc is mearly an overview of each mission I used as an outline, and is not a completely
accurate depiction of the battle as I did change some elements as I began work on it

Plotline:
GA Ronin is making his annual inspections of various ships in the Emperor's Hammer Fleet. His current
schedule leads him to the ISD Immortal, to inspect the ship as well as evaluate the performance of
it's new Commodore, RA Locke Stzer. However, things go terribly wrong when Ronin's ship is brought out
of hyperspace too far away, and soon the pilots of the Immortal find themselves in a operation that to
fail could potentially mean the death of their leader by the hands of the treacherous Renegade Dark
Brotherhood!
