I'm not sure who's been futzing with the flux capacitor, but it can't be late in January already. Can it? First things first, we have had an influx of new pilots this month! Welcome SL Ort'u and LT Wett. Also returning from the reserves to join us is CM Iam Thinking! Welcome to all of you! SL Evan Tapp transfered to the reserves abord the M/FRG Phoenix. Hopefully the Sub Lieutenant can rejoin us soon! Congratulations to LCM Badkid312 for earning an Imperial Security Medal for their activity over the last couple months! Keep up the great work! There are a literal ton of competitions running at the moment, some of which i'll highlight later, but until then make sure you check out the Competition Center for what's going on. Even if you don't have time to fly, there's no reason to not be active in some capacity before month end! LT Wett won their first combat victory just days after joining and have earned the rank of full Lieutenant! Congratulations! |

The position of EpsilonCDMR aboard the ISD-II Hammer will be open soon with GN La'an stepping down. Any interest should be directed to AD Phoenix Berkana. Big news out of the Training Office, there are now qualifications that can be earned for passing a series of courses in the Imperial University! More information can be found in the link provided under the heading of "Qualifications." Take a few courses today and keep your local Professor busy! There was a change made to the way Flight Certification Wing points are calculated. Iron Stars with wing devices now contribute points towards the level of your Flight Wings, and Distinguished Flying Crosses contribute more points than they did previously. Additional information on the wings and the points contributed by Iron Stars, see the Flight Certification Wing Listings page. CPT Alexandre Morgan has been selected to fill the role of Reconnaissance Office Assistant, and will be helping the RO with various recruitment and advertising duties.
