Welcome all to this first report from myself as the incoming Epsilon CMDR - as is only right and proper I would like to thank LC Taygetta for his service as my predecessor and also for staying on as a FM. Hopefully we can continue to build Epsilon's character and legacy alongisde one another so that future CMDRs will find the name one that resonates alongside words like 'success' and 'flagship'! I've taken over the next iteration of the MSE process for the squadron and will be looking to complete all records and recommendations as soon as I can in April - this means that a few days remain in which to squeeze any activity into the month's stats, or to let me know about anything else you've been up to that doesn't neccesarily grace an ATR From previous reports it's clear that the squadron has been in a fallow period following several months of intense competition, but that season is almost on us once again. The next round of Imperial Storm should be expected to commence mid-April now that a Warrior Commodore has been appointed, so for those of us with rusty reflexes or dusty controls it's time to start thinking about gearing up once again. It'll take me some time to get to know you all properly, but I'm more than happy to try and support you all in making sure that the Epsilon experience is a positive one. A big part of that for me will be making sure that as a squadron we can fly, fight and succeed together for our own sakes and to make the Hammer the strongest it can be. I'll continue to be accessible via e-mail as needed, but Discord will be the easiest way to reach me - as CMDR and COMM I can assure you I'm everywhere and there should be no reason why I can't be found if needed. I look forward to catching up with you all very soon! |

STANDING EPSILON POLICY:
I have no intention of overturning or unduly modifying the previous CMDR's standing orders, therefore for now they are to be considered extant - they will be reviewed in detail soon but will likely not change wholesale. |
| ROSTER |
| Epsilon Squadron remains at 12 (-) pilots strong - I hope to see this number remain high, but where required by the review process be advised that I won't shy away from making clear recommendations on transfers. Likewise, if anyone wishes to depart the squadron please let me know and we can take the required admin action, rather than drifting out of touch over a period of months. |

The first of hopefully a great many reports - I'm intending to start with a fortnightly reporting rhythmn except where activity of competitions dictates a greater pace.
