INFERNO SQUADRON NEWS |
Welcome all! Another week, another WSR from the desk of Inferno's CMDR! Honestly this week, I only have a few short things to report as we've all been busy kicking the proverbial out of Squadrons - more on that later! We have a few movers and shakers to report in the squadron this week - after the MSE process we went down to 9 pilots on our roster - we've waved farewell to LT Ryan Hawkins who has moved on to Firebird Squadron, don't worry I've still got your bar tab chit here, the Chalquila's on you this week for Inferno Squadron! All the best there, you'll do well under COL Stryker. We've also transferred LT Dau Solari and LT Mattachoo to the reserves. In happier news, we've been assigned a returning veteran! Welcome to the squad COL Mell Kerrigan! Looking forward to getting in some flight time with you in the coming weeks. Onto more good news, this week Inferno has been utterly relentless in our efforts to burn our enemies out of the skies, between us we have managed to rack up an impressive 233 LoCs through victories in Squadrons across 6 active pilots! Looking through the rest of the killboard, it looks like we may be the most active mp Squadron in October so far, and if not, it's not far off! Seems like a good idea for a competition!? LT Freddo has continued his fabulous competition run and has smashed through three awards from our first past the post competition and has a further 2 IS-SWs on the way to him in the process, well done that's some fantastic flying as always Lieutenant! |

CLOSING COMMENTS |
Risen like the phoenix from the flames, the fruits of our labour have really started to show with a fantastic week for activity by all accounts with 66% of our squadron active in Squadrons and sitting high up the leaderboards. I'm very proud of you all and the great work you're putting in, keep it up! We currently have two FM slots open and hoping we'll land a few more active pilots too. Focus for this week ahead are ideas for squad competitions as well as TC-wide ones, any bright ideas, hit me up! I'd like to push together some unit cohesion also and make a squad night - as enough of us are active in squadrons to meet up on the regular, and let's work up some ideas for a competition for our events. I'm collating the data from the questionnaires so will hopefully have a good idea of all of your availability which we can cross-reference. CM EvilGrin |
