I like the concept and the battle itself. I think if it weren't for the nearly endless waves of Toscan Fighters waiting to shove missles up my rear I would have given this battle a 5. As it is, it's still one of the better battles I've played, so it still warrants a 4.

Did I mention you need to patrol the area? Oh yeah, and your platform will create cool visual effects for you as it trips itself out to avoid a suicidal Dreadnaught. Great mission, well done.

I loved the challenge in this one. There are really not enough battles anymore that put us in shieldless craft, and it's good to know I can still fly them. Good plot too, nice and crazy.

I definitely liked this battle. It was very well thought out and I liked the originality of it, especially the fight in the wormhole. I agree with the 4.5 given earlier, so I'm giving a score that'll add together to one. If you've got some free, time, I'd recommend this battle.

I thought this battle was great, it was a flat out dogfight. This is the type of stuff we need more of, the missions I see are getting too much specialization in them, I think people are forgetting the basics. Anyways, that's my social commentary, on to the real review. The concept of the mission is rather straightforward, shoot and avoid being shot. It also has an identification job in there. It's a decently well rounded dogfight mission with the only lack being more than one type of enemy fighter. However, due to the number of them, it's not enough to drag the rating down. This mission deserves this 5.

THE best battle I have ever played!!! Well, if anyone's read my other reviews, you know I usually hand out pretty good reviews(I don't care about subtleties, I just like flying), but if I had to regrade the others compared to this one, no others would get more than a 3. The intensity of the missions kept me playing and paying attention the whole way through. The incredible mix of capital ships and fighters was great, I don't think I've ever seen a mission to equal this one in pure enjoyment value. As to where the Rebels got their T/Ds and T/As, who cares, it added a great challenge to the mission. The briefings were great, better than those in the game itself, and the sheer amount of ships in the missions was unbeleivable. The only reasons I can see not to play this are if you don't have much time, or if your computer can't handle more than the 28 ship limit. Once again, great job Wlodek!!!

I loved this battle, all is is dogfighting, my favorite part of TIE Fighter. If you don't like dogfighting, don't do this battle. ::Starts humming to the Imperial March::

This battle was nominally difficult, but it let you rack up a lot of kills and points quickly. I would suggest this for points and FCHG competitions, but not for a challenge.

The funniest battle I've ever played, anyone who hates this mission because of that needs a sense of humor. I would recommend this to anyone, an easy battle with a great plotline. PS - when's the sequel?

This battle was pretty good. I'm not sure if I have TIE 95 or TIE Collectors CD, but it worked fine for me. None of the bugs that other people reported occured for me. The battle was reasonably difficult and had a pretty good story line, I would suggest this if you're trying to get 8 quick FCHG points.
