Simple, yet fun. Only 3 points for a complete lack of plot and the shortness of it. :) Take the fighters out, the cruiser is a breeze.
I would like to see something like this put into a battle with several scenarios of engagement for a practice before RtF or something similar. :)

This is a very straightforward set of missions. Nothing fancy story-wise, just plain old "shoot the bad guys" with one exception of a "disable and capture" mission. Fun, quick, quite easy, but at the same time not quite at the same level as some of TC's best missions out there.

This mission is often compared to XvT-TC22 and for good reason. It's very easy to complete and the opposition is not really challenging. Yes, in some missions you do need to worry about objectives on your side not being killed, but opposing fighters don't pose much of a threat. The biggest drawback is that all the missions are basically built around the same concept: there's a shuttle coming in, protect it from rebel craft. Gets boring in the middle of the 2nd one.

This battle was... 'specific' is a kind word. The first 3 missions were an absolute breeze, where you don't really need to worry about anything and just shoot rebels. The last one, though... I've read it's hard, so I switched difficulty to Easy for it, just to complete the battle. That was a good choice, because I actually got fired upon! :) I may have even gotten my shields dropped to 20% or so.
On the plot, well, there is one. I think that's the most I can say about it.
Overall a very quick and easy mission - to be flown on Easy/Medium if all you want is a quick win while shooting down some flying junk. Unfortunately, there's nothing more to it and the difficulty jump for the last mission is way too big.
Interesting fact: this is the first mission I ever played where rebel AI seemed to deliberately crash into the ISD - rather a bug than a feature, though.

Quick and easy. Perhaps too easy regarding objectives (on Easy mode - regardless; on higher difficulties - if you manage your squadron correctly).
Not much of a story, but not many bugs either.
Only one thing annoyed me: in mission 4 you launch directly at the ISD, so you have to evade as soon as you're in-game... which is strange for starting position and vector placement. Thus... 4. Though slightly leaning towards 3+.

As the description says: This was never intended to be a very difficult battle. And it was not. However, it was fun nonetheless and it was great to see the Grey Wolf in action.
The missions are interestingly varying from each other in terms of your objectives, craft you fly, etc.
Overall this battle is a safe bet if you want to simply have fun for an hour or two.

Overall, the battle is very good. Almost excellent - almost.
It has fun, light storytelling, with a certain level of craziness to it. This is mixed with dynamic (and at times demanding) combat engagements - especially in the last mission (Z-95, not mine clearing). I must admit that some missions can get pretty difficult, though, especially on 'hard' - especially the last one.
If it wasn't for those sudden shifts of difficulty mission-to-mission, I'd be seriously tempted to give it a 5.

This mission made me think about what good missions are about.
Yes, this mission is, as a few folks mentioned, rather bug-free (as long as my couple of attempts are a decent test pool) and it allows you to blast a couple of different craft types, but... There's something missing.
There's no sophisticated story line here, the level of difficulty jumps quite severely between difficulty levels (yeah, sorry, I can't think of a way to phrase it better), and there's no real 'thrill' to it.
Overall, this is a solid mission from a technical perspective, but, unfortunately, not much more.

If a rusty old pilot like me manages to complete this mission on hard difficulty on his first attempt after years (!) of not playing BoP... then it's a lot too easy to win.
Getting a reasonable score, though, is a completely different story ('reasonable' == over 40-50k). You might end up re-flying the mission a few times to get things right, as you have to be quick to score at least some capital ships before all friendly starfighters are shot down.
The plot is easy and simple, but good for a relaxing flight like this. As someone else put it, it's a good warmup mission before taking on something more challenging.

This is a pretty fun mission. It's actually easy if you're just looking to complete it, even on Hard. Enemies don't pose much of a threat to the VSD. May be tricky to get a new HS, though - the bar there is set pretty high.

'Not too explosive this mission is. Little innovation it has. The only real threat the station was... and the ISD.' - as would Master Yoda say.

I liked it, though the missions were pretty short and I didn't even warm up entirelly when I finished the whole battle.
