Simple enough but far too long a wait.
A real difficult mission to not fail, surviving should not be hard for any skilled pilot. Go all out on the FRG and you'll make it. Not long after the mission complete, the ISD fell. After that, it's a breeze to kill everything else... with the occasional missile evasion.
Okay, I'm not saying this sucks, but... you are in a T/A, which supposed to hunt down starfighters, yet you are expected to take down bombers and a FRG all by yourself, before they destroy the ISD that can't even fire back and has only 2/3 shields anyways.
What the kriff are the GUNs doing then? They can't even fire off a few ion shots at the FRG so at least it will be disabled!
This mission is a bad joke...oh, did I mention that the FRG collides with the ISD, too? [Not anymore. - TAC Sienar] Realistic... not.
I've got nothing but love for Psi Squadron ... and nothing but love for Sigma Squadron too, but ... this mission blows. If you were thinking of using this mission for a competition, do yourself (and everyone under your command) a favor, and go choose something else.
Lots of in-flight messages to progress the plot; makes it more interesting. But it's mostly a "you vs the world," and it's quite difficult to save all the friendly ships. Kind of frustrating, but not full of bugs or anything.

1] Double click the .EHM file, the EH Battle Launcher will install the battle
2] Check the Misc folder in your TIE95 one for additional material like patches, sounds etc.
3] Press the TIE Fighter button on the EHBL to start the game
4] Create a new pilot and fly the first battle

PLOTLINE:
Pilots, you're about to fly a patrol.
The main objective is to protect your mothership
untill Psi Squadron returns from its combat assignment.
Be warned, that SSSD Sovereign is undergoing
some major weapon systems checks at now,
so her defenses are temporarily shut down.
We have no confirmed information about enemy activity in our sector,
so we cant' say if anything happens during your patrol.
It's possible that it'll be just a boring,
routine flight for you;
but, on the other hand, be prepared for unexpected.
