Section 4: Reporting of MP Matches

Details about any MP combat event in the Dark Brotherhood must be emailed to the GM at the GM alias gm@emperorshammer.org using this format:

  • Name of the event
  • Start date & time
  • End date & time
  • Platforms
  • A short description (optional)
  • URL(optional)

The system supports only one platform per entry, so if your combat event has multiple platforms, you must note the individual platforms because there will be an individual entry for each game. For example, the Grand Master Total Carnage supports XWA, XvT, SWBF, JO, and JA so each game has its own event in the MP Calendar.

Scores must be reported in the format of:

  • PIN #1, Name #1, Score #1, PIN #2, Name #2, Score #2, Extra Info For example, if Threat and the GM Carnifex played a JA duel with Threat winning 10-8, the resulting input would be:
    • 987, Threat, 10, 7, Carnifex, 8
In case you are submitting scores for a BSC or ER competition you should use the PIN of 0 for any non-EH member. For example:
    • 987, Threat, 10 ,0, WoW, 5
When the MP event is over, the list of played matches must be submitted to the competition host or the Grand Master. If initially submitted to a competition host, the host compiles the results and forwards them to the Grand master for error checking and resolution of any match disputes. After approving all matches, the scores are sent to the GM and he will submit the results to the database.
Remember: the Grand Master has the FINAL word on all disputed matches in their respective Orders.
With this system, CoF medals will be awarded without delays and a record of MP matches will be displayed in member profiles.

Note:

Unless otherwise arranged, reporting of the match is the duty of the match winner!
