I apologize for getting this out late ;) I'm still getting used to some of my duties. Heh!
*Squadron News*
Ah, not much news this week! As we all know our esteemed commander, LCM (or should I say VA) Sarriss was appointed as the new CA:FO1. If you haven't congratulated her, do it. That's an order! *smile* We've gotten a new recruit in from the platform, everyone say hello to the newly promoted Kyl Srenn. He's holding position 1-2 so if you see him, tell him to watch my back. I would also like to congratulate Captain Janich on his recently awarded Bronze Star! You earned it, make sure you wear it with pride ;P
On another note, Colonel Manitsas, Captain Ford Prefect, and I have decided on the details for the next competition. It will be a competition between Alpha (of course), Psi, and Inferno squadron. Although this will be a competition in which the scores are averaged, I would like as many of you to participate as possible. The actual date, awards, and length of the competition will be announced closer to the actual beginning. :)
*Squadron Status*
This one will definitely be short. I would like to thank each and every pilot that e-mailed me telling me they were alive. It's good to know who is and isn't when you start a new job. I understand several of you have very strenuous RL engagements and I would like to let you know I'm not going to moan and complain at you. As for Talons and Cat, I also am aware of your CD-ROM problem. That is fine, please inform me once it is fixed (even if it is in mid-August), I won't hold it against you.
As for CR#10... well, it won't be announced until July 1st, so hang in there and save your energy.

FM/LT Cat - received an indirect e-mail... unfortunately her CD-ROM is broken. No worries, just keep in touch so that I know you're still out there.
FL/LCM Talons - same for you, Leiutenant Commander. Informed me of some soon-to-be rennovations to the Flight III webpage. I'm gunna try and get him some new FMs because his desire to do stuff impresses me.
