Reporting in for Alpha Squadron, July 7th (7/7/00)



*Squadron News*

        Yay!  Our participation is doing nicely.  Out of the    5 people in this squadron who can fly TC-TIE#155, Janich and Killer have and I have one mission left.  Very soon, a competition will ensue between Psi, Inferno, and us.  I hope everyone who can, will fly this battle. :)  Further details will be announced the first day of the comp.  Also, I recently received an e-mail from a cadet... he asked to join Alpha, whee!



*Squadron Status*

        As I said above, we are fairly active.  I have had several spurts of BSFs to do from this group which is definitely a good thing.



*Activity Reports*



CMDR/COL Shawshank - Flew some more missions, has yet to submit them to Wolly or Ricardo *grin*, Made TACA (TAC Assistant)



FM/LT Srenn - Nothing since last week.



FM/CM Killer - Submitted TFR for CR#10



FL/CPT Janich - Submitted TFR for Free-TIE #80, #81, and #83, as well as for CR#10.  Impressively, Captain Janich received 3 mission high scores and a battle high score for the combat run!  Recently saw him on IRC and said hello. :)



FM/CPT Vector - Have not heard much from Vector, although I know that Sarriss has talked with him at least once.  Janich also e-mailed him with a very positive encouragement letter to fly CR#10.



FM/LT Cat - Reported to me on status of CD-ROM.  Still broken.



FL/LCM Talons - Same as above.



*Miscellaneous*

        ~~~Come on! Come on!  I emailed both Vector and Srenn, hoping to egg them into flying CR#10.  Let's hope it works :)

        ~~~We're still waiting for an FO#$#!@ DAMNIT! :)  I applied, but my cheering is for Sarriss.  Everyone, give your former CMDR your support :)
