Hey Squadron,

I hope you all have been recruiting. I know Shae has but none-the-less I'd appreciate a report on what's happened with recruiting since Jaruus gave you the list.

- If you actually sent it
- If the cadet responded
- Did you help them
- Anything Relevant

We're going to try something new with this new batch of recruitments. There's only 1 person so each of us can spend more time working with their cadet. This way one can contact their cadet more than once with information. Maybe if a cadet is given direct information they notice your help more; say for instance the steps to get a flight certified and how to get assigned to a squadron. Maybe even walk them through it with our squad :-). I want each of you to actually do this; who knows, your cadet may be the one who recognizes your hard work.

On a final note, recruiting should not just be when someone like a CMDR/FL or higher ask/tell you to. This should be a constant process. I don't do this either but to keep our wing were it is we need to constantly keep it in shape. One of these ways is RECRUITING!!!!
