INFERNO SQUADRON NEWS:
--- ORDERS FOR ALL INFERNO PILOTS:
(1) Fly FREE-TIE #127 - A Quiet Little Patrol, before midnight US Pacific time Sunday, October 29, to beat Tornado. Send your TFR to me if it is before 9pm, and to both me and Kessler if you are snuggling up into the deadline.
2) Add a part of the story in the form of a mission when the Inferno Battle Project Run-on story gets to you. LT Oskar Holtz has it now, next will be LT Suiral Larius, LCM Ace, LT Triji Boliv, and LT Bora Yar.

Cancun, Mexico - here I come! CM Corran Halcyon will be my Acting Commander immediatley following the transmittal of next week's Inferno Report on November 4. I want COL Darklord and VA Corran Force to see what a good Acting CMDR he can be. I will return November 12.
--- LT BORA YAR JOINS INFERNO AS OUR 12TH PILOT
Say hello to newly promoted LT Bora Yar (Sebastian_Kadach@hotmail.com). He is filling our last vacant position in Flight 1, position 4. He has joined the EH to get to know lots of Star Wars fans. Despite being excused from our Competition with Tornado, he has flown FREE-TIE 127 already and gotten a terrific score. I wish I could say the same for ALL my other pilots, but I know many of you are already working on that mission using the hints.
--- TORNADO VERSUS INFERNO COMPETITION UPDATE
Our competition vs. COL Kessler's Tornado Squadron began last Sunday night. COL Kessler inadvertently gave his pilots a 2 hour lead over Inferno. Fly FREE-TIE #127 - A Quiet Little Patrol before midnight, U.S. Pacific Time, Sunday, October 29. The winning Squadron is decided by average scores. Each squadron divides our total score by the number of TIE capable pilots in the squadron (currently 10 for us, 12 for Tornado) and whoever has the highest average wins. So far, CM Corran Halcyon and LT Oskar Holtz have pledged to fly. LT Biggs Darklighter and LCM Locke have been too quiet, and I am hoping for a better score from LT Edvard. THANK YOU to COL Callista and CPT Calvin Nunb for hints on getting a high score!

--1. Captain Brandon (brandon@isdchallenge.org) has been selected as the new Commander of Cyclone Squadron.
--2. Tornado's second showdown in the "Tornado Supremacy Tour" resulted in a narrow victory for Iota squadron, who beat Tornado's average by just over 2000 points. The medal for the High Score goes to Commander Xyrryc of Tornado. The current results are 1 win (to Spear) and 1 loss (to Iota).
--3. CPT Vexen\Cyclone came home from the hospital on Tuesday, but she will have to have a week of bedrest before she will be allowed to be up and possibly able to return to her EH duties.
