REPORTING OFFICER: LC Vapen Van'an, CMDR

Theta Squadron Commander, Vapen Van'an, stood safely away from the landing zone on the hangar deck. Flanking him on one side was his XO, Captain Tiran Marr, and Flight Leader,
Major JetMech. They stood in silence watching as a Lambda class shuttle finished it's landing sequence. Before the ramp on the first shuttle could open, a second shuttle
came into view, just beginning it's approach.
The first shuttle, which had come from the M/FRG Phoenix, had lowered the ramp, letting it's sole passenger disembark. He walked up to the
assembled officers, offered a smart salute, and introduced himself as Sub-Lieutenant Adam Enderon. After a round of handshakes, SL Enderon found his place in the formation,
and snapped to attention.
By this time, the second shuttle had landed, releasing it's two passengers into the hangar. As the two approached, it was clear one of them was a human,
however the species of the other was hard to make out. The human introduced himself as Lieutenatn Vaan Starstriker, and the other as Sub-Lieutenant Stadlen Bane, pilots from Hammer
Squadron, reassigned to the Warrior after the previous squadron was moved to inactive. They found their place in formation and LC Van'an lead the group towards Theta's barracks.
These three were Theta's newest recruits, and after a successful Remob, Vapen found himself excited about future missions with the new pilots.

After Major TheBlackxRanger stepped back from his position as COOA, Lieutenant Commander Therj'en'nuruodo has been selected for the role.

- Tiran Marr to Captain
Since joining Theta, Tiran has been an excellent XO, actively chatting, playing games, and helping build the squadron and the battlegroup. - JetMech to Major
Jet has been a huge asset to the battlegroup, having been CMDR of Sigma, BGCOM and now FL in Theta, actively chatting and building the squadron.
New Squadron Members:
- SL Stadlen Bane, assigned to Theta 1-3, joins from Hammer Squadron aboard the Relentless. Welcome to the Warrior!
- SL Adam Enderon, assigned to Theta 2-4, joins from a brief stint in reserves. Welcome back to active duty!
- LT Vaan Starstriker, assigned to Theta 3-3, also joins from Hammer Squadron. Welcome to the Warrior!

Great job this month, Theta. I'm most proud of the fact that everyone put points on the board for the month. But that's not to understate the fact that we broke the 20 tier mark. That enables us to change our squadron objective or any ships in the Tier 1 Ship List.
I have consulted with Tiran and Jet, and it was pretty unanimous that we are happy with both our role and our fighters. If you would be interested in changing either, please reach out to either me or your flight leader, and we are happy to entertain the idea.
Competitions
Competitions that Caught the CMDR's Eye:
It appears some pilots have been using the holonet to visit some unscrupulous sites, and as such, there is now a virus going through the systems. New security protocols have been put in place and it requires all pilots to enter in a new password based upon a new set of rules. The pilots who come up with the most creative passwords and meet the rules will be handsomely rewarded.
Five trivia questions will be sent out each week using the Timed Test feature on the site. Correct answers earn points and the quickest response times (time taken between starting and submitting test) get more points!
