Your eyes do not deceive you, this is Lambda's April Report, encompassing the entire month of April. A separate report will be posted for May.

The Chalquilla Cup II is nearing its end. There is always some creep on the time of completion with open ended events. I urge all the captains to contact each other and arrange their remaining games. We can have a couple of "Super Saturdays" and just have everyone meet there and play their games back to back over an hour or two.

Imperial Storm IV has ended. The ISDII Warrior has won. Congratulations to the warrior. The event was not without its controversies, but I would say, at least it shows people care and are competitive. The next major competition is Squadron Remobilization. The details of which, including its date of commencement are being finalized, even as we speak.

A number of competitions are coming your way, be sure to check EH's current competitions.

Every Friday, 19:00 EST (00:00 GMT), there is an EH battlefront get-together for our pilots who are enthusiastic about Battlefront II. And every Saturday, we have the COO's PvP Shootout typically in Squadrons. And for the lovers of single player, we will soon have new seasons of TCIB and the Hammer Tour of Duty. Pick your poison pilots!

Congratulations to Merlin and Aisling for getting promoted to the rank of commander and lieutenant commander respectively. Also a warm welcome to Lieutenants XenoFractal (our first Gungan) and an Atlantean, Mithris.

Last but not least, recruitment is always an on-going thing. If 20 of our pilots would manage to bring just one new pilot each to the Emperor's Hammer, that's 20 new pilots to make fun of right there! I mean, 20 new pilots to fly with us. If you have a friend in RL or online, who you think they may be interested, just talk to them about the Emperor's Hammer.

Fun fact of the Month: In XWA (and by extension TFTC), you can board your mothership and resupply midway through a mission (Disclaimer: if the mission creator configured it right).

Competitions:

There are various monthly competitions held by several EH pilots. Phoenix's Hammer Tour of Duty and Beat the Buzzard Trivia, Solohan's Crossword, BlackRanger's Jigsaw, Marenta's Search Word, Legion's Chase the Rabbit and Wolve's Meme Competition. In addition, we have the TIE Corps in Battle (TCIB), one of the most prestigious squadron and ship based competition.

Be sure to check out all the running competitions. As Lambdas, to know the competitions you are eligible for, under "Units Involved" it must be listed as "Entire TC", "ISD-II Hammer", "Wing I" or "Lambda Squadron".

Notable Events:

• Genie's "Make a Wish" Stream: Genie regularly streaming, currently Age of Empires IV and maybe will stream Battle-Making in TF and XWA
• One Thicc Wookiee: Wookiee oftens throws in a bit of Squadrons action!
• MAJ Taygetta Star Wars and Star Conflict Streaming: Several hours spread over the week.
• Alejandro's Youtube Corner: A place where LC Alejandro regularly uploads videos of his activities with the modded XWA.
• LCM Legion's Streaming: Regular weekly streaming. I joined in a couple of times, highly entertaining!
