Hail noble pilots of Kappa Squadron! This has been an eventful few weeks. Last report, we greeted a new COM and LC randyrumrnr to the Squadron. This week brings us a new recruit in LT Ason Tsang, who wasted no time getting his first promotion! Welcome and Congratulations! We also welcome a returning vet, GN Mark Schueler, who brings to the Squadron years of experience and a wealth of knowledge. We are glad to have you both! Sadly, we lost LT LIMiNAMO to AWOL and hope that someday he returns. Merit medals for March have been distributed and I am pleased to report the following awards: COL Ulrich Drachen, MAJ Sparky, LC randyrumrnr: Imperial Security Medal COL Farrin Xies and LC Aardvark: Palpatine Crescent Good job, pilots! There was also a large distribution of Medal of Communications. The box of medals was so heavy we needed a cargo lifter to move it from the shuttle to the ready room. Kappa Squadron Trivia ended and saw CM Rachel Drakon take the monthly overall winner spot to receive a shiny Iron Star - Silver Ribbon and a case of Kappa Hype! Be sure to share! Weekly winners included: MAJ Sparky, CM Rachel Drakon, COL Ulrich Drachen and GN Mark Schueler. Well done! Finally, we all wait with eager anticipation the first battle of Imperial Storm. I hope everyone is ready and willing to contribute to the efforts. The Warrior is poised to regain its mantle of Victory! |
