LAMBDA SQUADRON NEWS
This is the second report of the new year, encompassing the entire squadron activity for January. It is not in any way related to Wolve's return; with Genie and Wolve drinking each other under the table, while Solohan was watching them from a distance and snickering. With Wookiee, coming on over at the bar, and picking them both up to carry them back to the Lambda Quarters.
A big welcome to LT Wolve Excelsior Berkana, who find his way back from the reserves. He has rejoined the active pilot roster and is now a part of Lambda!
The Chalquilla Cup II is underway, with two sets of games already having taken place. Lambda and Tempest drew 1-1, while Epsilon beat Delta 2-0.
Congratulations to LCM Calvin Phrick for his promotion to Lieutenant Commander!
One of our own, SL Ilios, has been working on a long set of battles which utilize XWAU's engine. It is called Embers of the Empire. You can reach out to him for a full download (9 GB), which extracts into a whopping 27 GB (as it contains the full XWAU game). I promised to him that once he makes it to Lieutenant Commander Ilios that I too, would fly his battles! If you are interested in flying it or to just help him by testing it, be sure to contact him on discord.
There are various monthly competitions held by several EH pilots. Phoenix's Hammer Tour of Duty and Beat the Buzzard Trivia, Solohan's Crossword, BlackRanger's Jigsaw, Marenta's Search Word, Legion's Chase the Rabbit and who knows, maybe soon a podracing by Wookiee and Ranger. Be sure to check out the Competitions page on the EH website.

Be sure to check out all the running competitions. As Lambdas, to know the competitions you are eligible for, under 'Units Involved' it must be listed as 'Entire TC', 'ISD-II Hammer', 'Wing I' or 'Lambda Squadron'.

- One Thicc Wookiee: Wookiee oftens throws in a bit of Squadrons action!
- MAJ Taygetta Star Wars and Star Conflict Streaming: Several hours spread over the week.
- Alejandro's Youtube Corner: A place where LC Alejandro regularly uploads videos of his activities with the modded XWA.
- LCM Legion's Streaming: Regular weekly streaming. I joined in a couple of times, highly entertaining!
