LAMBDA SQUADRON NEWS
Greetings pilots! You might have noticed the name change up top; not to worry this is only temporary as our Dear Leader is recovering well from his most recent AoE Stream (which you should definitely check out here).
A great week again for Lambda, keeping up our steady activity level. There are a lot of medals going out this week; many of these are backlogged combat rating changes and MoCs. Make sure to join us in VC whenever you're up for some flying (or even just driving around looking for Rene), most of us don't bite and only one of us has tested positive for Ewok rabies.
The EH Midnight Butchers vs Murder Hornets SPL match ended splitting their wins and losses 2/2 on Sunday making for some great games. You can watch the replay here.
Fun fact of the Week: You can't hit 'Q' to successfully end a mission in XWA. You have to return to your ship or find the buoy to hyper out. This is useful for the ToD. Brought to you by my restarting a mission maybe seven to ten times this way before asking for help.

Somewhere deep in the bowels of the ISDII-Hammer...
'Commander, is this really necessary? When you said he needed a good dressing down-' 'Silence! Give me a moment, all will be clear soon.'
Clothes were strewn everywhere about the room. It looked like there had been a raid on the boys section at Spacys.
Conspicuous amounts of tiny fur were, however, a dead giveaway that an Ewok had been in them recently. That, and the smell of fermenting zucchinis. Hard to miss that last bit.
'Gather everything in the room together,' LC Genie told the gathered Lambda crew, save for CM Solohan who wasn't present.
'We're finally getting this place cleaned up. Command has threatened to airlock the whole crew quarters if it smells like rotting Tip-Yip again.' Genie said.
'Wkhhhf, wgggr uggghhkr?' Wookiee asked.
'You're lucky command wasn't here to hear that, Wook,' Xye said.
'OK, everyone take a flamethrower,' Genie said.
'Whoa, Commander, is that safe?' Xye asked.
'No no, you're right. Best play it safe. Baron and Dill, take a flamethrower.'
