| VA Clark was in his office aboard
the Agressor, sifting through his official, semi-official
and private communications and files. These records would go on one of
three different piles: Keep, Destroy after Archival and Leave for
Miles. The first one was now uploaded into John's secure personal
devices and hand-loaded into one of his carry bags. The second was
filling a huge crate sitting next to the Vice-Admiral's desk. 'I surely should work on my personal record keeping', Clark thought as he was finishing up a Datapad with open buisness for his replacement. Just in time the COMM on his desk started chirping: 'Sir, Admiral Prower is on his way from the Hammer, and Admiral Plif has approved your travel plans, though he'd prefer if you do not take too much time catching up with the new COMs...', Clark audibly chuckled at that, '...to be precise the Fleet Admiral has specified a two bottle maximum and one evening only.' -'Copy that Lieutenant Commander, confirm the reciept of the message and tell the Boss that I will be ready and able when he returns to the Command Staff OPS on the Hammer from his visit with Fleet Command. You're dismissed now, I assume you'd need to pack a few things of your own for the new posting.' Clark leaned back on his chair and turned to the big set of windows behind him, taking in the view of space and the fade light of a brown dwarf at the center of this star system. Whatever his new posting would bring, he was sure it will be interesting. After pondering for a few minutes he stood and straightenend his uniform. Checking the wall Chrono he made his way to the COO's personal save and entered his pin after the biometric lock confirmed he was actually himself. John extracted a wooden box for six bottles of liquor. Only three were left. The COO set the box down and reset the save, making it readily available to Miles. On lifting the box again and walking towards the desk Clark was wondering if his decision was right. He didn't really know what his Vulpine replacement liked, but he was sure his gesture would not be unnoticed. John placed on of the three bottles of Chalquila on the desk, placed the remainder in his bag and shouldered it. With a last touch of the desk, he walked out towards the hangar to wait for the arrival of the new COO. Allright, then, this is my last report for this stint as COO and as I mentioned last week, it has been a lot of work but also tremendous joy to hold this position. I am looking forward to filling my new role to the best of my ability and be a good aide to the TCCOM. We've seen a slight drop in MP and COOP activity compared to the last two weeks, but these have been extraordinary busy. As you should have noted, the next upcoming event is Imperial Storm 2, and I am sure that our cadre of SP pilots will find that very entertaining, while we added additional scoring for our MP people to make it more encompassing for the whole TC. |

Challenge 2020 - whole TC This Combat Event will be for the Distinguished Flying Cross. Your goal will be to submit a victory screenshot with the highest number of kills + half assists you can get in one round of and Star Conflict PvP matches. For this event, Assists are counted, but only at half weight and we round down. If a pilot finishes a match with 10 kills and 5 Assists, the score for the match would be recorded as 12. Submissions to this competition are made through the database like any other 24/7 LoC submission. While processing LoCs, the COO and COOA keep an eye out for new personal bests and update a shared spreadsheet. When a pilot has won the DFC 3 times in a row, he cannot win it in the fourth month. His points will be tracked, but not counted for the Combat Event. For his efforts, he will be rewarded with a IS-SW. top 3 ranked pilots for April 2020: 1: GN

Every week I will include an encoded transmission or question in my COO report. Your task will be to decode the transmission or answer the question. The code will be different every time, and the solution must be an readable and understandable English sentence. Questions must be answered in appropriate form. The theme of the transmission will be the Star Wars based. The first pilot sending the correct answer to the mailing list wins and get an IS-BR. 5th victory will be updated to an IS-SR, 10th to an IS-GR and 25th to an IS-PR. The 2nd pilot who send the correct answer to the list will be given 3 points, the 3rd pilot 2 points and everyone else 1 point.
