RA Elwood has been one of the most valuable TIE Corps officer for as far as I can remember. More than that, Woody's very performance as a Ship Commodore is no less than perfect, and his top quality work is worthy of the best recognitions. I am most glad and honored to have him in such an important TC position, and it is my pleasure to promote him to the rank of Vice Admiral! Congratulations, VA Elwood!
