Raise the Flag - May 4th-17th

A Raise the Flag competion will be held over a two week period commencing May 4th and ending at the stroke of midnight on May 17th.

Format will be as the previous comp, with scores tracked on the MBs. Flags will be consulted for necessary additions over the next few days with a list of battles to be flown released on May 1st.

TC Flagship and TCCOM Escort Squadron titles will be up for grabs as well as a ridiculous amount of medals.

With less than ten squads this means that everyone has a realistic chance of success and that individual efforts will be essential to the success of squads and ships.

Stay tuned for further details

Deadline for Prae CMDR Apps

A significant amount of time has now passed with zero interest in this position. The recent TC restructure reduced Elite squads from 2 to 1, with Prae retained conditional on solid activity and performance defined by their own high standards for elites.

So far these standards have not been met, but it is not beyond reason that with a good CMDR the necessary changes can be made and a new lease of life found.

However if I do not receive any suitable apps within 48 hours I will be forced to look at alternative courses of action and consult with the SOO further.

Praetorian CMDR Vacant

It is my sad duty to report that COL Frodo March has turned in his CMDR position in favour of a Prae FM spot. I would like to commend him for his honesty and dedication to the squadron rather than himself, and thank him publicly for all that he has done.

Therefore the position of Praetorian CMDR is now open for applications, with all worthy candidates on an equal footing although previous command experience is a must, and I will be looking for an active officer who can lead by example and prove worthy of an Elite command spot.

Applications go to me at fo@emperorshammer.org with a clear subject, and all potentials will be examined by myself in concert with COL March.

So, it has been merely two days since the new manual was released, and it already was updated.

Despite numerous proof reads, two minor bugs have been found - the links to TIE Corps website was named as 'Emperor's Hammer website' and the LoC upgrades were inaccurate.

Both of these bugs were fixed and the corrected manual has been re-uploaded thanks to Fleet Admiral Dempsey. Thanks to all who noticed the bugs and informed me.

On further news, the HTML version of the manual is almost done thanks to the courtesy of General Rancorous and should be online soon.
