He has shown unflagging enthusiasm and activity in the Dark Brotherhood even through slow periods. He has served as both an example to his peers and as an inspiration to do and be better leaders to his superiors, including myself. JH Tuba has actively participated in every competition made available to his Order over the past several months as well as being active in the House run on and submitting fiction to our fiction competitions. Tuba has also been actively engaged in taking and passing EH courses, often with perfect scores. Most recently Tuba has assumed command of Battleteam Stingray and has shown even more enthusiasm and leadership there. At my request he wrote and completed a piece of fiction about constructing his lightsaber as his DJK trial and still managed to create a banner for his Battleteam and complete his first report as battleteam commander. All in all a fine example of a Dark Jedi Knight in my opinion.

He consistently performs his duties at a level that exceeds expectations then volunteers for more. He motivates his team and the rest of the House serves as a fine example for everyone. In addition he volunteers to help with administrative duties and then performs them in a stellar fashion with no thought of reward or recompense. From the very beginning he has blitzkrieged the Shadow Academy and has participated early on in Validus run-ons. One of the greatest services you can give to your group is helping to develop its storyline. A storyline's lives a long time and Tuba's efforts and creativity have been commendable. He has participated in every Validus run-on. He has not only participated in them but has been an active developer of its plot. Ideas are often harder to come up with then simply extending what was initially created. Such actions are a role model for others to follow after. Today Iâ€™m here to honor the DBâ€™s most Loyal, dedicated, Honorable and hardest working leaders Iâ€™ve ever seen in my short time not only in the Emperorâ€™s Hammer but most definitely in my even shorter time in Clan Drakonan.

DA Tuba has many roles within the Emperorâ€™s Hammer but his work as Praetor to Grandmaster and Consul of Clan Drakonan makes his skills, talents and awesome leadership abilities shine brightly. As they have for a very very long time!

His tiresome role of activity tracking for the Clans Sword of Drakonan competition having only recently been complicated by all the new activity with the EHGNâ€™s on our new Steam gaming platforms. Under his leadership the DB has seen record-breaking monthâ€™s of activity every month for the last 4 months! This has attracted some new members who are remaining active to this day as well.

Not to mention he has to put up with me on a daily basis should always shine a light on his endless patience and even more so his teaching and mentoring ability I have learned a lot from him and count him as a trusted friend and Ally!

So to that end I hereby recommend P: GM-CON/DA Tuba for his 2nd Diamond Sword! Congratulations to my leader and to my friend!

Diamond Sword

Consul Tuba has been the backbone of the EHDB for as long as I can remember. He has constantly been active on a daily basis week after week for years. His DB Trivia is the hit of the club. His motivation to succeed has been inspiring to everyone who meets him. I believe that Tuba deserves nothing less than the Diamond Sword for his work. Grand Cross of the Dark Side

Tuba as always never fails to impress. He has maintained an extremely high level of activity for quite some time and in the last month has been phenomenal. He first transitioned from Battleteam Leader to Aedile and then most recently again to Quaestor of House Drakonan, fulfilling the duties of each position with stellar results. While doing all this he managed to contribute to a run on, win the competition based on that run on, administrate the ongoing and highly successful trivia competition, run and judge a fiction and poetry competition and to top it all off he flew a staggering 150 missions this month. An achievement in its own right.

For this impressive display of activity, leadership, and general excellence, its my privilege to award him the Grand Cross of the Dark Side.

I may have said this before, but Tuba is simply an outstanding officer and member of House Drakonan. He consistently performs his duties at a level that exceeds expectations then volunteers for more. He motivates his team and the rest of the House serves as a fine example for everyone.

In addition he volunteers to help with administrative duties and then performs them in a stellar fashion with no thought of reward or recompense. However I think he deserves a reward for his stellar example so I heartily recommend that he be awarded a Steel Cross for everything he has done and continues to do.

I\'m absolutely amazed with the level of activity and progress Tuba has made over the last month. He\'s taken the leadership of Stingray Squadron, created a competition for the entire DB, flown 50 missions, taken 26 courses with 16 perfect scores, been active on the message board, been in daily contact with me via email, sometimes several times, submitted graphics for the House website, sent emails to his squadron and gotten two veterans to come back from a semi retirement. A truly impressive performance and highly deserving of recognition.

During Tuba's stay with Validus he has proven to be an invaluable resource in its many projects. From the very beginning he has blitzkrieged the Shadow Academy and has participated early on in Validus run-ons. One of the greatest services you can give to your group is helping to develop its storyline. A storyline's lives a long time and Tuba's efforts and creativity have been commendable. He has participated in every Validus run-on. He has not only participated in them but has been an active developer of its plot. Ideas are often harder to come up with then simply extending what was initially created. Such actions are a role model for others to follow after. Overall he has been a crucial member of Validus and its development and to show my appreciation and gratitude I believe that Tuba has earned the reward of a Steel Cross.
