In order to make good looking reports you will need to have a basic knowledge of a mark up language called HTML. This stands for Hyper Text Markup Language. Some references and tools to learn from include:

• W3C.org
• HTML courses in EH training

But, don't limit yourself to only these examples. Open a webpage and view the source code. Then search for anything that you don't understand.
