Promo time!

A lot happened this week! A LOT of activity from our new pilots, excellent work! In fact, they all have been promoted to LT this week. I’m quite happy with the level of activity so far - keep going!

Fleet news

A lot of new (old) faces have taken some command positions in the fleet:

HA Elwood the Brave is our new Commodore. Welcome aboard!
FA Silvius is the new Commodore of the ISD Warrior. Congrats!
VA John T. Clark is the new SOO and AD Miles Prower is the new COO. Well done!
Epsilon Squadron CMDR is still open.

Squadron News

A new pilot has joined Beta squadron, a fellow Canadian named Germ! Welcome in, as you already nicknamed it, Poutine Squadron! :P

As mentioned above, Garrial, Witchblade and Germ have been promoted to LT. Congrats to all of you! Well done.

I’d like us to participate in the TIE Corps in Battle and Everyone’s a critic competitions. It doesn’t require a lot of time and it’s fun to do. May’s assignements are:

You fly them, send your BSF, once they’re approved, send the confirmation to FA Plif and write a review on the TC’s administration page. Simple isn’t it?

Competitions

Imperial Storm Deux is coming soon! It’s a big competition involving all squadrons - More details will be provided once both ISDs have their commodore. You can find more information about it here: https://tc.emperorshammer.org/competitions.php?id=3108

We have currently two competitions in Beta squadron:

Recruitment Boost Juice - In addition to the Medal of Instruction for a new member, you’ll get an Iron Star - Bronze Ribbon for recruiting 1 member to Beta squadron, and Iron Star - Silver Ribbon for 2 members and more.

Beta Squadron Ru(i)n-on - I’ve sent an original post this week. Your mission: Write a single post that ‘’ruins’’ the story. I’ll send precision today or tomorrow about it, as I think the instructions are a bit confusing.

Here’s a few fleet-wide competitions currently going on:

TC PvP Shootout

A MP Event for the whole TC will take place from 22:00 (10:00 PM) GMT every Saturday if possible.
Supported platforms are XvT and XWA and the main contacts are COL Horus Blackheart and the COO.

Voice communication is preferable but not required to participate. Game hosting will be directed through GameRanger or a more suitable system based on compatibility and stability.

A DFC will be awarded to the highest scoring pilot. COO guidelines required, which apply in full force (at least 3 different opponents, EH or not, defeated and +3 win/lose ratio, plus the need of having a minimum of 3 EH players playing on that game platform).

Pilots will be awarded an IS-BW for participating in at least 10 matches.

Everyone's a Critic

You fly a battle and think it’s the best ever? Why don’t you write a review about it?

The more reviews you write, the best medal you get! It’s a nice way to not only get involved in the fleet, but to fly great battles made in the past.

TIE Corps in Battle 2020

Every month, a battle is selected for XWA, XvT and TIE. We fly it, we beat the high score, we get a lot of points, and at the end of the year, we get nice, shiny medals. AND YOU CAN DO ‘’Everyone’s a Critic’’ AT THE SAME TIME! *mind blown*
