Airyu- Since Mir was supposed to splash down this week, I thought I would do something a little special.
Seithen- Yes, but isn't matching it up against one of the most unfoundedly popular TV shows ever just a little unfair?
Airyu- Who cares?! I'd like to see those morons survive being hit by a flaming space station hurtling to the ground.
Seithen- Mir's trajectory should carry it into the Pacific, it won't even come close to them.
Airyu- Really *plays a clip of Survivor*
Man 1- Look! It's the Russian space station Mir, on fire and hurtling towards us at ridiculous speeds!
Man 2- Don't worry about it, it'll never hit us! We're on TV, that can't happen to us, we signed a waiver!
Mir- *crashes into their taping area, causing a relatively large explosion*
*Airyu stops the tape*
Seithen- Well I'll be damned.
Moral: If you're going to make a crappy TV show, make sure the Russians can't throw a derelict space object at you.

PROTEST OF SORTS
Protesting CoFo's random decision to use TC-TIE 150 instead of TC-TIE 167 for WXHG, COL Callista has not submitted a tfr for the new battle. The rest of you guys, however, should have flown it. I know it was a dumb move on CoFo's part, but it's still an official competition that I very much would have liked to dominate.

I seem to have come down with the flu... and am hacking up some nice stuff rather violently as I am typing this. I'm going to have a nice bowl of chicken soup, then collapse for a while.
