Unless you've been a sleep for the past week, you should have noticed a change in the Phantom Squadron command. Yes, your wonderful former-CMDR is back where he belongs!!! It's been hard for me to stay away from you lot for over a month, but now that my exams are over I have all the time in the world to keep on building Phantom Squadron into the best squadron in the fleet.

Actually, I'll have all the time in the world after Monday morning. I still have a Maths exam to do, so wish me luck :o)

Demon Comp Postponed 

Until Demon get a new CMDR, the competition we are having with them has been postponed. I feel confident that when the ceasefire ends, we'll kick their ass!

Imperial Storm II begins on Monday

The big TIE Corps competition starts on the 25th June. You will be getting a separate e-mail from me on the ISD Immortal mailing list, as I have simplified it a bit to help people understand the competition a bit better. But for now, I'll just remind you all that it involves us taking part in multiplayer missions every once in a while.

XWA Week of War started

If you're interested in playing some multiplayer XWA, then you will be interested in knowing that the XWA WoW has started. This is a competition that takes place on the MS Zone against hundreds of other online clubs. All the results are recorded by battlestats.com and over a week a league table is made showing how well we faired against the other clubs.

It will have all the information you need to take part in the competition (the beginners section is very important). There are of course other multiplayer competitions for you to take part in, and if you need any information on them then please e-mail me for help and more details.

FCHG Battle Creation Competition
The opportunity has been opened up for pilots to attempt to make FCHG Battles. Details on how to do this can be found in the TAC Report #18

EH Domain updated
Grand Admiral Ronin has updated the EH Imperial News Center with news on the latest command changes and other Star Wars info.

WoW website built for EH members
There is a new website at http://vogue.ehonline.org/wow/ to help all EH members take part in the regular multiplayer Week of Wars that the EH takes part in.

• You still have some time to improve your XWA8 scores for the Demon competition. I know I have!
• If you want to play multiplayer XWA, then get stuck into either Imp Storm II or the XWA WoW.
• Attend IRC as often as possible. Remember that as well as #emperor's_hammer and #tiecorps, there is also an #ISD_Immortal room. If you need any help getting on IRC and using mIRC (or whatever) mail me.
• Post on the Phantom Message Board more often. It can be found in the Squadron Forums on http://www.tiecorps.org/mb/
• Recruit!!! If I can do it, ANYONE can!!!
• Give me some BSFs to do. If there are any missions you haven't flown, then get flying. If you've completed them already, then why not go for the highscores as they may be useful in a future competition.

Comments: As well as being on IRC and being a good FL (another Flight comp in the wings I hear), Gunman finally sent in his pilot file for the competition. Comments: Really Deimos has sent me quite a few pilot files to BSF, but I only report them once I get confirmation back from the TAC. Of course, they always take days to sort out whenever there is a possible high score and Deimos can't help but do well. He's also been in constant contact with me since I returned, which is nice!

Comments: This week Spear has been helping me fit back into the CMDR position that he was holding for the past month.
