• We've done it! Taken the Wing Commander's Own title away from Dagger squadron. One may ask how we did this being the new kids on the block so to speak. Simple my fellow pilots. As we have always done, through consistency we will conquer all and bring glory to this wing known as the Fighting Ninth and this ship known as the Relentless. May we never lose her spirit.
• All pilots who participated in the above competition and helped this squadron achieve victory were awarded an Imperial Security Medal for their efforts. That means all of us except LT Shino Kisaki received this special award, for, she is on leave till the 5th of next month. But we all know she would have helped us if she could have. LT we're all hoping you're enjoying your holidays.
• LCM Tiger was awarded a Medal of Instruction for helping CT Deke StarKiller though his training. Too bad, he took a post in Tempest Squadron. Congratulations and better luck next time Tiger.

• CM Shae Kitane gained her FCHG rating of EXECUTOR back by submitting a battle and by participating in the Wing Commander's Own competition. She ranks in at 756 points.
• As of this report our reporting period will be running from Wednesday to Tuesday. Most competitions have deadlines that run into the weekend, where for many of us, this is the only free time for us to engage in flying battles and competition assignments. It is the hopes of CM Kitane and myself that this will ease and enable more encouragement for competitions during the week.
• All Weekly Squadron Reports will be archived in the Tie Corps Database.

Now, isn’t this wonderful? The entire fleet has been put into stasis for the next week. Yay, that saves me from having to write a Flight Report. However CMDR Zadash wants an XO’s Corner. Well, here is it.

Btw., in case this XOC is to be released publicly, I ask CMDR Zadash to not include this information in the official version. Trying to keep a little advantage over the competitors wouldn’t be that bad. :)

Stupid me. I could have put the information about the Battlecry Competition here and could have killed two birds with one stone. Pity. W32.Navidad is a mass mailing worm program. The worm replies using MAPI to all Inbox messages that contain a single attachment. This worm is able to distribute itself via any MAPI-compliant email client, including Microsoft Outlook. However, emails that are infected with this worm can be received by any email client. The worm utilizes the existing email subject line and body and attaches itself as NAVIDAD.EXE. Due to the bugs in the code, after being executed, the worm causes your system to be unusable.
