Commander CPT Al R.S. reporting in for Sigma Squadron on 08.05.2000
Squadron & Fleet News:
* The official results for the Wing II Summer Skeeter Swat has been
announced! The winning Team is the Pilots and what is even more important,
two of Sigma Pilots managed to get to the top three, meaning they were
awarded Imperial Security Medals! The top three Pilots are:

LCM Duncan 234625
CM Artyis 234625
Complete results were already send to all Wing II members by our WC, MAJ
Inkwolf, so you can check them by yourself - and it is a good thing to do
since the Wing II Summer Skeeter Swat was not about flying only!
* Last month there were 981 messages send to our Cantina - well, it was
rather unexpected, but really fun, so let's keep it up!
* The first pack of the changes in our-squadron image proposed by CPT
Todbringer has been finalized and hopefully should be soon introduced in our
Squadron's Rooster - that is if no one from the Command objects it.
* Also the pays system for use in our Cantina for buying drinks invented by
CM Artyis has been finalized and accepted by our Squadron's Members and if
we get permission from our WC, it should be introduced very soon.
* Well, it looks as the fourth Pilot form our Squadron was awarded the Order
of the Vanguard, and this time it is me!
* Sorry everyone for the delay, but I got some problems with my terminal,
and it took me much longer than I originally expected to fix it... But now
it is running on Win2000, so hopefully the problems I have during last month
are gone. Next report will be send on 08.08.2000, so this is only a one-time
anomaly.
Squadron Status:
* Eleventh round of Squadrons' League has been announced! The battle to fly
is Battle #77 - Verpine Encounter Part 1. Many of you have already flown
this battle during one of our in-squadron competitions, but if you fell you
can beat your previous result, try to do it, since this time it is the
Squadron's League! And one last thing - the deadline is set to 14.08.2000,
so there is still over a week left.
