Comments:
I assigned TC-21 and four of my squadron did not complete. Of them, two have legitimate reasons. Captain Killer and Commander McArthur. I was hoping to have better response than this. I have sent information concerning this mess to my squadron.
I have assigned the Verpine Encounter parts 1 & 2 for this coming month. I hope that I will have a better turn out. With any luck, we will have a new member for us to play with. Blaine is looking to recruit a friend of his. Let us hope that this will pan out.
I feel that the squadron needs a little more time before it will shine brightly. I have been saying that this time is one of rebuilding. I am hoping that I am fulfilling this prestigious position adequately.
I would like to point out that Commander Kevin Pryde is welcome to come into my squadron if he does not want to really go to the reserves. The time demands being placed on him seem a bit too much for him. Especially since the Delta CMDR is requiring weekly squadron reports. I ask for monthly. I would like COL Gen Es’mith to please present this consideration for me. I will take any pilots who are busy with RL but still want to fly when they can and stay active instead of retiring to the reserves. I feel that RL is a priority over this club and with the situations, the members must make accommodations. I still carry Captain Boshevki even though he is barely active. He has made all report in calls and has expressed his ability to attend tonight’s squadron meeting. He did not, however, complete the monthly mission call. Neither did Blaine.
I also have not yet received my flight reports for the month yet. This bothers me somewhat and it may place a strain on the relations I want with my pilots. I am open to any suggestions that you both may have.
I have placed Commander McArthur in the reserves and am promoting Captain Vector to the flight leader slot for flight 3. This will bring us down to 5 members only. Because of this, I would like any reserve transfers to consider coming to Alpha where the requirements are a bit more lenient.

Respectfully,
Your Squadron Commander,
CMDR/CPT Talons Pryde/Alpha/Wing I/SSSD Sovereign/PCx3/ISMx3/MoI/MoT-1rh/MoC-1BoC/CoB/OV [CNTR] {IWATS-CBX-GFX-IIC/1/2-SM/2-TM-TT}.
