Well, this certanly has been a intresting week but considering what made it intresting I think I'd rater had seen it be a dull week.

SQUADRON NEWS

-Pilot promoted: Special congratz to Nuno, who has been promoted to Captain. This promotion is the best thing we can give Nuno for his loyalty and dedication to Phantom squadron and for his high level of activity. Congratulations Captain Nuno :)
-We lost a few more veterans to the Reserves. This time it was COL Adrenaline, CM Riccardo Grazioli, LCM Braxton and CPT Soontir Fel :(
-These retirements put the Immortal in high need for new pilots. Everyone here is allowed to recruit in the Recruitment message board and to help recruits in training.
-Command changes: the EH has a new Science Officer: Rear Admiral Ender mBind. The new BGCOM has also been appointed, and that's VA Krax Tarnisar. Give him a big welcome everyone :)
-I'll be going on leave between the 18th and maybe the 28th this month. CPT Nuno is in charge meanwhile.

SQUADRON STATUS

-Shameless Plug comp: You must fly XWA-IW 28 before the end of August. So far I only got participation from Deimos (two actually), Brenn, and Nuno. Where's the rest of you?
-With a overwhelming (more than twice) vote for a new banner a competition to get it has started. It beings now and ends on the 26th this month, that's two weeks you got to make a new banner. When all submissions are in I'll put them up on a web page and we'll vote for the best banner. The current banner will also be there in case anyone wish to vote for it. The winner will receive a IS-SR and the runner up will get a IS-BR. So get to it!
-During my leave, all plt files are to be addressed to Spearhawk and cc'ed to Nuno. Spearhawk will BSF them, while Nuno will simply take note of what you flew and then write it in his report. Remember, Nuno doesn't have to report what he doesn't know, so remember to send the files to him too. It's Nuno's first time in command so behave properly :P
