Fiction Part:
This is a contest to write why the TIE Bomber is a valuable craft,
or even why it might be the favorite craft of the particular pilot.
The top three writers will receive IS-GR through IS-BR.

Art Part:
This is a contest to hand draw or use a graphic program to create an
image of a TIE Bomber. No cut-and-paste of existing images will be allowed!

*Kronar settles in for his first Beta Squadron Weekly debriefing*
First of all let me say that it's great to be here and that I feel glad about
the welcome I've received. I'm also sorry that I'm a day late with the report,
RL nieces and nephews got in the way :)
Now onto business:
I've been in touch with James Parrish, Leon Mehoff, Kaleel Tempus, and Nash.
That leaves you LCM Cook! Report in ASAP!
It's been a busy week for me. First of all I want to congratulate LCM Nash on his
promotion! I have no doubt that it's well deserved. Furthermore he's been moved to FL
of Flight 3. The FO has stated that no flight without a FL will get any new cadets and
Nash I'm sure will be a good choice for the position.
I've talked to Kaleel and Mehoff on AIM which was good since it got me in contact with them
and also helped us figure things out. I urge you to get either ICQ or AIM so that we can talk
online. I'm also in the Emperor's Hammer IRC channels quite often. So stop by ;)
The Wing I mailing list issue: I've already put two of you on "daily digest" for the Wing I
mailing list. This means that you only get one large mail a day.. with all the mails sent on
that list in it. However even though you're on daily digest.. please skim through it since a lot
of important information is carried on it! If anyone else wishes to be put on daily digest then
please inform me and I'll carry it out. I also encourage you to get active on the mailing list
since I think it's a great source of fun and activity :)
Beta Squadron also has a new website.. It carries a link to the Battle Board made by CM Gyssler
of Delta Squadron. If you go there you can see what battles to fly in order to gain the squadron
some more citations so take advantage of that. It also has a section called "pilots". Please
visit that section.. You'll see that under each pilot there's a part called "bio". I'd like you
to mail me with what you'd like it to say there :)
