Welcome to September Avengers! August was a great month seeing two Avengers leave the squadron and Become Rear Admirals. Nothing says more about a squadron than the fact that their FMs have the ability to become RAs. Great work to all of you.

CM Ayu will be leaving Avenger for a position elsewhere. His stay in Avenger has been a great one and he will be missed. Good luck in the future Ayu!

COM Az has selected a WC for the Grey Wolf. The selection is currently waiting for approval from the Flight Office. Congrats to the Winner!

Sarin is back from leave and will be around all week. I will be in contact with each of you.

Current Competitions:
- There are currently several competitions running at the Squadron
level, the Battlegroup level, and the Fleet-wide level. Avengers should participate in as many of these as possible.

Competitions:
- #ehcoc MP Events
Several Multiplayer Competitions take place weekly in #ehcoc. You can find a schedule of competitions at The Combat Office .
- Avenger 1 on 1 Tournament
Over 30 Pilots have entered the Avenger 1 on 1 tournament. All Pilots need to contact Dae with the results of their matches. The Results will be updated by him!
- Week of War: These are hosted at BSC and flown on the Zone. Info can be found at Battlestats or on theZone.
All Avengers should participate at these!
Battlegroup
Competitions:
- BGCOM's ASF War Admiral Cyric and the ASF Flag Staff are currently designing an Imperial Storm Style War Game that will feature the ASF. This competition will place the ASF Star Destroyers against one another with Avenger Squadron serving as a New Republic/Rebel Forces. More details to come!
- ASF Recruitment Competition! Admiral Cyric is hosting a Recruitment competition in the ASF. Recruit!
Avenger Competitions:
- Avenger Iron Star Competitions Each month Avenger Hosts Six Iron Star Competitions. The Competitions consist of: FCHG-The Pilot who gains the most FCHG in a month, CR-The Pilot who gains the most CR in a month, Avenger Ace-The Pilot who earns the most Pilot of the Week awards in a month, Trivia-The Pilot who answers the most trivia questions in a month, Graphics-The pilot who submits the best graphics in a month, Beat The CMDR-The Pilot who beats the CMDR in a head on MP match.
- New Flight Names
If you can design new flight names, that I like, you will win a Iron Star. Flight One will not be renamed.
- Recruitment
Avenger Pilots will be awarded a Iron Star Bronze Ribbon for recruiting new Pilots!

Pilot of the Week Pell: Welcome back from your leave! 144 missions is an excellent way to keep me happy! Trivia: What Video game features a Tie Avenger and the Avengers?!? <--If you answer, you win a IS BR....it will bo. you on the head!
- First of all, Congrats to Zoron for passing 1500 FCHG. Although this report lists him at 1480, he actually has over 1500(dbase is being slow in updating). Congrats Zoron!
- We have 171 citations and will be losing a pilot with a 1000 FCHG. I am very focused on seeing us reach 200 Citations. I will be releasing a Citations report later this week. Get your SP stick out!
- MP is a focus for this week. I would like to see at least 3 DFCs for the Squadron this week. Everyone is to fly at least one LoC!
- I am back from the woods, happy to go to the bathroom in a building and not on a tree, happy to eat regular food and not some oxygen sealed crap, and very very happy to play my PS2. I will talk to all of you this week. Enjoy school if you are starting back!
