COMMANDERS ADDRESS
Commander Silvori walks into the hangar, His shoulders are down and he looks at his squadron. I am going to start today's report with some bad news.
Commander Bryan will be leaving us this week, I am just waiting for the flight officer to transfer him out to Ravenger squadron... While I don't ask for the highest activity in the fleet, I do require a minimum of 2 battles per month or 8 locs per month.
2 locs per week ( 20 minutes )
2 battles per month ( 20-30 minutes )
I am afraid this has and never will be negotiable. While I want to emphasize, I would of course like more than that, or like say Danielle.. don't fly loads, just fly for high scores... Tau squadron is an elite squadron and as such.. we are going to win the competitions we enter and set a good example to line squadrons of what activity is.
I have spoken to bryan and he admits and accepts my decision and he is leaving tomorrow on a shuttle craft... So a farewell party will be held for him tonight.
All the drinks at this party are free ( commander is paying )

LT Glauron, has joined us this week, His first week has been very impressive. 10 battles and lots of email contact... nice :)
Next on the agenda is the 4 week competition with praetorian. Most of you are returning from a 2 week leave period in the next few days. I hope your journeys back to universities and colleges was good and you are once again ready to dawn your combat helmets and show the elite of the Intel division. Just how Dark we really are.
There is 3 free mission sections to this competition and then a week of mp challenges. While I don't expect the MP Challenge to be hard for us. the SP missions will provide us with a lot of challenge. As per usual I have used my normal comp rules for this one. so we need 4 entries per round not to be penalized.
The tie Section starts next week and I will be revealing the mission, Day before the competition.
I can't emphasize this point enough. I would like everyone to partake in each round if they are able... I would rather have a pilot file on easy with a score of 100 than a score of zero... so prepare for war
We fly out day after tomorrow.

SQUADRON ORDERS
With commander bryan leaving the squadron, I am once again looking for a volunteer to create the new Tau site. Our motto abbey of course will remain and the new site will have to include the history from the old site. as I deem it very important. IF you have web skills and would like the challenge of creating the best site for the best squadron :P Let me know by email this week please .
Captain malik. continues to send battles out every Sunday. These battles are for citation purposes. I would like all the single player pilots to try and fly them if they don't appear on your profile.
I believe this weeks battle is XVT Tie corps battle 11
OF course. Legions of combat are always welcome.
But with 3 weeks of competition week after next. I would like one battle or 3 locs from each of you this week.

Please do not ! ever let the activity report say no activity and please please never let it say no activity 4 weeks.....

EH Racing League

An announcement for Lieutenant Commander Rem Somnos:
Announcing the EH Racing League. On September 1st DarkFyre on #ehcoc will be able to handle XWA multi-player racing. Players will be able to participate in one on one to free for all heats. DarkFyre will of course handle the scoring.

WCs, and BGCOMs have the opportunity to create a graphics comp for the floating cup for their respective Wings and Battle groups. *hint hint*
