My fellow squadron and wing mates!
I present this report with very mixed feelings. Earlier this week, I received an invitation to join Omega Squadron, one of the Elite TC squadrons (the elite TIE squad & the Sentinels of the Fleet Commander). After carefully considering the pros and cons of this offer, I have decided to accept the invitation to join their ranks. A chance like this is just too priceless for me to miss.
As I have served my whole TC career in Mem Squadron and Wing V, my departure will be a painful one. I will always cherish the time I've spent here and remember all those friends and experiences that this squadron and wing have had to offer. I won't go that far, though, as I'll still be stationed on SSSD Sovereign :-) Special thanks to all of you who have worked under my CMDRship, it has been a pleasure!
Now, I don't know what will happen to this wing in the near future, but I sincerely hope that it won't face closure! It would be a pity to see such a renowned unit suffer such a terrible fate. Should the matters improve (and I trust they will), I would like to see CM Ryan Chi'Cath become the next Mem CMDR. Ryan, you possess all the qualities to make a succesful squadron commander if that's what you want! Of course, this matter is up to WC Es'mith's consideration.

- CM Dvader has been awarded two Iron Star - Silver Wings (IS-SW) for his excellent performances in the Squadron League. Congratulations, Commander!
- The Commendations of Loyalty were finally offcially awarded to myself and CM Ryan Chi'Cath.

Miscellaneous Information This is to be a competition where the pilots challenge the Wing Commander to a scoring duel on a free mission of his/her choice. If the pilot defeats the Wing Commander, the pilot is awarded the bronze wings.
- The Golden TIE is an award given to a squadron for overall highest accuracy with missile weapons during a competition.
There is also an individual Golden TIE award for highest personal accuracy during a competition. My competition is for you the pilots of this wing to design or color in two TIE Fighers/bombers/Missile Boats - with an exterior paint scheme of GOLD. -The second competition is to design a new trophy for the Wing Commander's Own award. The prerequisite for this trophy is that it must contain wings. The winner of this competition will also be awarded an Iron Star with Silver Ribbon.
