Pilot Activity:
Shivor Dahr will be considered AWOL and a deserter on Nov 1st if no contact.

LT Abhay Alok had early difficulties with the Battle Launcher but has resolved the issues. Currently working on TC 32 for the competition. Roster changed to 2-2.

MAJ Talons Pryde has been moved to Alpha 3-2. Received communication and report that his computer is making attempts at working. Nice to hear from you Talons.

LT Kaiser continues to learn his new joystick and is currently flying for the D vs. A competition.

LT Arlins kept in communications and submitted TC 32 for the competition. He is currently working on the XWA platform for the competition.

CPT Vector is remaining in contact. He has promised to fly for the XWA platform of the competition.

I have been busy in preparation for my moving to Korea in November. I mistakenly sent my joystick with my belongings with the movers so I had to buy a new joystick. I’m up again but from a laptop.

News:
The squadron citation hunt continues. Look at the battle board to determine which battles you can fly to aid the squadron. If 50% of the pilots fly a battle, the squadron earns the citation.

Competitions
-Delta vs. Alpha is ongoing. The competition will run until 17 Oct. Award will be an IS-BW to be given by the squadron commander to the pilot of his choice. The battles used are TC 32 and XWA TC 20. Fly what platform you can, but I want max participation. The winning squadron is the one with the highest average score.

-The Sovereign Cup competition is on temporary standby due to EHBL issues. I’m sure Todbringer will send emails when he initiates the competition.

-SSL 2004 will likely start in January!

-Imperial Storm IV has commenced but there has been no assigned battles/mission yet. Be prepared.


General

-We have a week before the end of the competition. I’ve received the TF battle from Arlins. I need some additional pilot files. I’d like to see all files in by Thursday.

-MAJ Talons has returned and things are looking up for him. The FL position is his if he wants it.

-We could, of course, use some pilots. The only approved location for recruiting is the Recruitment message board so if you want to attempt to bring some action to Alpha via that route, go ahead. If you have any friends that likes computer games, show them the website and maybe it will generate some interest. Post a message and let me know. We’ll post on each others post to make the post look more appealing.

-If anyone has problems with the new Battle Launcher let me know.

- Since so many of us pilots are House Tridens pilots…remember the Rite of Supremacy currently being conducted. All we need is to talk MAJ Talons into Tarentum and we will represent the Clan completely.
