Pilot Activity:
Shivor Dahr is MIA and will be considered AWOL and a deserter on Nov 1st if no contact.

LT Kaiser continues trying to get the EHBL working. I’ve directed him to the SCO for assistance. Keeps in contact. He flew TF 137 for the competition.

LT Arlins flew 15+ missions this week. He has flown missions for the Wing I vs IX competition, Imperial Storm, the Sovereign Cup, and Rite of Supremacy. Submitted for all ongoing competitions and keeping in contact.

LT Abhay is actively recruiting. He has a prospect on the Daedalus at this time working on training requirements. The cadet will come to Alpha once training is complete.

MAJ Talons and CPT Vector are keeping in contact via message board and email.

Thanks to Arlins, I can now load missions into XWA. That doesn’t mean I know what I’m doing, I can install missions though. I successfully flew my first custom XWA mission for the RoS competition. I’m flying missions for the Sovereign Cup competition. Flew missions for the Wing I vs. IX competition and Imperial Storm.

News:
We will soon be down to six pilots but that makes the squadron citation hunt easier. I’d still like more pilots though. Look at the battle board to determine which battles you can fly to aid the squadron. If 50% of the pilots fly a battle, the squadron earns the citation.

Competitions
-Wing I vs. Wing IX competition will last until Nov 5th. The missions are TF Free 137, XvT Free 153, and XWA Free 57. Get it flown and submitted. It’s short notice with a short run time but lets help the Wing to victory. It comes down to us and Delta to make a good showing for the Wing. Send the file to me and I will forward to the appropriate person.

-The Sovereign is making moves in the Imperial Storm. Fly TF Free 149 and XvT Free 11. Get the mission flown and sent to me. I will get it to the appropriate people.

-The Sovereign Cup competition continues. Good luck Arlins. I hope to meet you in the finals. Hopefully we can dominate TF 224. Your scores look good that you sent. I’m still trying to get my scores at least close to yours.

-SSL 2004 will likely start in January!

-Imperial Storm IV has commenced but there has been no assigned battles/mission yet. Be prepared. There has been some enemy sightings and we could be called in at any time.

General

-Let’s get the squadron citations up.

-It’s time again to think of a new squadron nickname since the death angels is being used. I want to keep a theme for each flight. The FL can choose his own flight motto but it must be in accordance to the squadron themed motto. Look for a post at the EH message board soon.

-Now that Shivor is gone, we could use another pilot or two. Six is okay but we need numbers to win most of the competitions. Total score is a common scoring system and with only six pilots, we will lose some competitions…not because the others are better but more.

-The mission compendium now has zip files available. They will be available until Jan 1, 04. Get your EHBL working. The SCO will help as needed. The webpage for the zip files is:
http://battles.tiecorps.net/old/

- Since so many of us pilots are House Tridens pilots…remember the Rite of Supremacy currently being conducted. All we need is to talk MAJ Talons into Tarentum and we will represent the Clan completely. Fly TF-TF 208 at least.

Once I get situated in Korea, I intend to make a bimonthly competition. Hopefully against random squadrons, or maybe an internal competition for training.

Personal glory brings glory to the squadron.
