FLY FOR THE WING II vs Immortal vs Greywolf Competition !!!

The competition will consist of flying for all three platforms.

(all missions are attached to this email)

Graphics/Art Portion

The subject of the imagery will be a cooperative attack upon Rebels by ships of these three wings. (SSSD Sovereign, ISD Immortal, ISD Greywolf)

Singplayer flying
15 points to the Top Scorer (and
10 to 2nd place
5 to 3rd place
1 for participation

Graphics
15 points to the Top Scorer
10 to 2nd place
5 to 3rd place
2 for participation


Remember, there are three platforms. The more of the above missions you can fly, the more points we will get. I personally have XWA and TIE and will be sure to fly those two missions. Be sure to submit any graphics or art. It can be anything as long as it is the Sovereign, Immortal, and Greywolf attacking some Rebels. Submit anything, and I mean anything (heck go to microsoft paint now and make anything). Even if you think it's bad. Remember, this will help us out with points!


The competition ends November 2nd. So be sure to submit all of your pilot files and graphic/arts to me at tieknt@juno.com

Yes, we have reached the mid-point, turn 15 of 30. So far all teams have played rather cautions, with only one small skirmish (a Corvette on the Sovereign side was pounced on by an entire Battlegroup!). The last few days have seen lots of sightings of enemies, so I expect some battles real soon. Keep looking for more details as they come.

Old battles

After long discussion with Fleet Commander, we have agreed to place old .zips on one of the mirrors. They are all located at: http://battles.tiecorps.net/old/. All people who have EHBL problems can download them now

But. This mirror is going offline at 1st January 2004, so after that time you will only have .ehm files and you WILL HAVE TO use EHBL. You have 3.5 months to solve any EHBL problems you encounter. Mail TAC, SCO, CA:SCO and we will help you.

So. You have .zips back, make EHBL working on your computers, and .zips are going offline on January 1st.

Thsi week gone bt up and running strooong with communications over the squadron. This is good ! However I'd like to hear from some pilots more that they do - or if not - communicate me they not fly for the Wing II competition ! I expect either participaton in any way OR a reason why not. Remember, I won't keelhau you if you don't fly, only if you don't fly and don't tell me !
