-Well, I challenged anyone in the TCBG, ASF, or ATF willing to take us on. With luck, we'll have a competition rolling by next week :)
-Everyone thank LT Conker of Rho Squadron in Wing II for creating a new uniform patch for us. Put up your new uniforms on the site (under the admin options) and show squad pride.

-We're done with the fight against Wing IX, I don't think we did too well (in all honesty, it just sorta disappeared...). Hopefully we do better against whoever challenges us next.

-Fly for the Sovereign vs Vanguard & Intrepid comp. The missions are TC-TIE #211, XvT #75, and XWA #24, get to your fighters!

ANNOUNCEMENTS

-I will be rotating FLs next week. These FLs will hold their position for one month until I rotate again. This will continue until I am no longer able to do it anymore. On that note, applications will be due next Friday by 9 PM EST
-These are the requirements of the positions in Delta Squadron, if you can't meet them, I'd suggest transfer to another squadron:

FM - Fly for the competitions as much as you are able. In addition, I require FMs to report to their FL with their status and what they have done over the week every Thursday no later than 9 PM EST. (In the case of Flight 1 FMs, send this kind of a report to me)

FL - Fly for the competitions as much as you are able. In addition, I require FLs to compile the FM reports and send them to me along with the FLs status and what they have done that week, due to me by 12 AM EST on Friday night/Saturday morning. Non-reporting FMs are to be noted. The first missed report will result in a warning. The second missed report will be grounds for removal as an FL.

CMDR - I will fly for the competitions as much as I am able. In addition, I will compile the FL reports in the activity section and put out a squadron report every Saturday by 12 AM EST Saturday night/Sunday morning. If I am unable to complete two consecutive reports, I will voluntarily step down as CMDR.

-I'm not trying to be a hard-a$$ here, but even though we're doing very well, it's always possible to get better, and I think these new rules will help with that. Let me know if you have any comments/complaints about it. It will be put in effect immediately, and will be noted starting next report.
