Here's my weekly report for December 24, 02 - MAJ Seth Crimson



Squadron News:
Greetings all. Well its been quite a week.... the RPG comp is in full swing and were doing pretty good but i'd like more missions flown.... (myself included).

Well i guess there is no avoding this so i'll just talk about it now. I was looking at the new Order of battle, and i found the old Shin page. I took the liberity to then look at my old Squad reports and just look around the old site.... after reading all of my reports i had to do some thinking on what has happened to me. I have gone from the enthusatic leader of a great group of pilots, to well i guess you could call it a rut. I've been stuck in this rut since about a little after we moved to Wing 2. I remember that i was once questioned by a pilot on my skills and abilites as a leader... now i find myself asking the same questions he did so long ago. I've come to the conclusion that even thought i've wondered off the trail... i still may have a chance to regroup. So i wish to begin makeing changes and start going back to the old ways. And i'd also like to appologize to my pilots for my horrable approch to the squad, and my postion. Hopefully my bringing back old rules, and a couple new ones for the squad will help make us get the attention we diserve from the higher ups.

I feel better now... on to some issues. I've seen that we haven't had a new Pilot in over 5 months. Not good. i know the site going down and all has hampered things but i would still like to see you guys try to recruite. thats about it for now next week i'll discuss the matter further but its christmas eve *here* and well lets all have a happy holiday's, and stay safe.
